Terms of Service

This Agreement is entered into by Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), the developer of the Soulmate Test app service (the “App”, “Service” or “Services”), and the entity or person agreeing to these terms (the “Customer,” “You” or “Your”), and governs the Customer’s access to and use of the Services.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Assets” means any content, materials, relationship tests, compatibility questions, questionnaire responses, soulmate scores, section scores, compatibility ratings, relationship analyses, written summaries, detailed notes, insights, suggestions, AI-generated outputs, reports, history entries, graphics, data, software components, or other information generated, provided, or made available through the Services, whether created by Us, generated by automated systems, or supplied by third parties.

This Agreement is effective when the Customer is presented with this Agreement and proceeds to use the Services (the “Effective Date”) or to receive or distribute Assets. These terms may be updated and presented again to the Customer from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If You do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Services.

Service Availability and Quality

We are constantly improving the Services to make them better. The Services are subject to modification and change. No guarantees are made with respect to the Services’ quality, stability, uptime or reliability. Please do not create any dependencies on any attributes of the Services. We will not be liable to You or Your downstream customers for any harm caused by Your dependency on the Service.

Age Requirements

By accessing the Services, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in Your country. The Services are intended only for adults. You may not use the Services if You are under 18 years old.

If You are a parent or legal guardian and You believe that a minor has accessed or used the Services, please contact Us so that We may take appropriate action.

Your Information

By using the Services, You may provide Us with personal information like Your email address, user name, billing information, questionnaire responses, relationship-related information, partner or crush names or nicknames, app history, and other information that You enter or submit. Please see Our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to suspend or ban Your access to the Services at any time, and for any reason.

You may not:

Use the Services for competitive research or to build a competing product or service;
Submit names, relationship details, personal information, private facts, or other content about another person unless You have the right, permission, or lawful authority to do so;
Submit information about minors or use the Services to evaluate, score, judge, or analyze romantic compatibility involving minors;
Upload, submit, or distribute explicit, pornographic, sexually exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content;
Use the Services to shame, bully, harass, embarrass, mock, threaten, manipulate, exploit, or otherwise harm any person or group of people;
Use any soulmate score, compatibility analysis, relationship report, rating, feedback, suggestion, or insight generated by the Services as the sole basis for psychological, mental health, relationship, marriage, divorce, family, financial, legal, medical, employment, or other important decisions;
Misrepresent the Services’ outputs as professional advice, counseling, therapy, scientific fact, a definitive soulmate determination, or guaranteed to predict love, compatibility, relationship success, marriage, breakup, emotional health, or any other result;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms or models used in the Services;
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, interact with, or extract data from the Services;
Share Your account or allow multiple users to access the Services through a single account;
Violate these Terms of Service or any other policies applicable to the Services;
Violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party;
Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services;
Access or obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by the Services;
Use the Services for fully automated decision-making that could adversely impact an individual’s legal rights or create binding obligations;
Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; or
Attempt to do any of the foregoing.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of Our Terms of Service and to take any action We deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Entertainment, Self-Reflection & No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The App provides compatibility questions, soulmate scores, section scores, relationship analyses, written summaries, insights, reports, and related features for entertainment, informational, and self-reflection purposes only. The App does not provide relationship counseling, couples therapy, psychological advice, mental health advice, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, marriage advice, family advice, crisis services, or any other professional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified therapist, psychologist, counselor, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

You acknowledge that any score, rating, compatibility analysis, relationship insight, note, suggestion, or report provided by the App may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, unsuitable, biased, inconsistent, or inappropriate for Your specific circumstances, relationship, partner, history, goals, emotional needs, or personal situation.

The App may ask You to answer questions about Yourself, another person, a relationship, a crush, a partner, an ex, or a potential soulmate in order to generate a compatibility analysis. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and lawfulness of any information or content You provide. Inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, exaggerated, or biased responses may result in inaccurate or less useful analysis, scores, reports, or insights.

No Counseling, Therapy, or Mental Health Services

The App is not staffed by licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, or other mental health professionals. The App does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health, emotional, relationship, or medical condition, and does not provide crisis intervention or emergency support.

If You are experiencing emotional distress, relationship abuse, domestic violence, threats, self-harm thoughts, mental health concerns, or any emergency situation, You should stop using the App for that purpose and seek immediate help from qualified professionals, local emergency services, a crisis hotline, law enforcement, or trusted support resources.

No Objective Measure of Love, Compatibility, or Soulmate Status

Love, compatibility, attraction, chemistry, trust, long-term relationship potential, and “soulmate” status are inherently subjective and may vary significantly based on personal beliefs, culture, values, timing, communication, relationship history, emotional needs, and many other factors. Any soulmate score, compatibility score, section score, relationship rating, or overall assessment generated by the App is not an objective, universal, scientific, psychological, therapeutic, or definitive measure of love, compatibility, relationship health, emotional safety, future success, or personal worth.

You agree not to treat any score, rating, summary, note, suggestion, relationship report, or other output as a statement of fact or as a reliable measure of Your value, Your partner’s value, the validity of Your relationship, Your future, or whether any person is truly Your soulmate.

No Guarantee of Relationship Results

The App may provide personalized relationship observations, compatibility insights, suggestions, section breakdowns, red flag observations, or other guidance. You understand and agree that such content is generated for general entertainment, informational, and self-reflection purposes and does not guarantee any specific improvement in communication, intimacy, trust, compatibility, emotional connection, dating outcomes, relationship outcomes, marriage outcomes, breakup outcomes, personal happiness, or any other result.

The App does not guarantee that it can identify a true soulmate, predict future relationship success or failure, determine whether You should start, continue, end, or change a relationship, or provide a complete or accurate evaluation of any person or relationship.

Relationship Decisions and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how You interpret, use, rely on, share, or act upon any soulmate score, compatibility analysis, relationship report, section score, red flag insight, suggestion, or other output provided by the App. You should not make major personal, romantic, family, marriage, separation, divorce, financial, housing, legal, health, or safety decisions based solely on the App’s outputs.

Love Power Up is not responsible for any relationship decision, conversation, disagreement, breakup, reconciliation, emotional reaction, conflict, cost, loss, or other consequence arising from Your use of or reliance on any score, analysis, feedback, suggestion, or report.

Emotional Impact Disclaimer

The App involves automated comments, scores, and analysis related to relationships, emotions, attraction, chemistry, compatibility, and personal connection. You acknowledge that relationship-related feedback may affect how some users feel about themselves, another person, or a relationship. The App is intended to be used in a light, entertainment, informational, and self-reflection-oriented manner, and is not intended to shame, manipulate, pressure, diagnose, evaluate, or define any person or relationship.

If You are likely to experience distress, anxiety, insecurity, obsessive thinking, negative self-image, relationship conflict, or other emotional harm from compatibility scores or relationship feedback, You should not use the App. If use of the App causes distress, You should discontinue use and consider speaking with a trusted person or qualified professional.

User-Generated Content and Relationship Information

The App may allow You to submit questionnaire responses, names, nicknames, relationship details, personal preferences, opinions, descriptions, emotional information, or other related content (collectively, “User Content”). You represent and warrant that You own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit and analyze any User Content through the App, including any required consent relating to information about another person.

You grant Love Power Up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transmit, display, and create outputs from Your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Services, including generating soulmate scores, compatibility analyses, section scores, written summaries, detailed notes, relationship reports, history entries, and other Assets.

You retain ownership of Your User Content. However, You are solely responsible for Your User Content and for ensuring that Your submission, use, and sharing of User Content and related Assets complies with all applicable laws and does not violate the rights, privacy, or dignity of any third party.

AI / Automated Analysis Disclaimer

The App may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, scoring models, or other automated technologies to analyze User Content and generate Assets. You acknowledge that automated analysis may contain errors and may not identify every relevant factor, limitation, strength, concern, or context relating to a person or relationship. AI-generated or algorithmically generated outputs may be inconsistent, incomplete, unexpected, subjective, biased, or inaccurate.

The App does not evaluate relationships in the same manner as a human professional, counselor, therapist, or the individuals involved in the relationship, and any automated score, classification, rating, assessment, summary, recommendation, or insight may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or not useful to You.

Questionnaire Accuracy and Input Limitations

The accuracy and usefulness of the App’s analysis may depend on the accuracy, honesty, completeness, context, and clarity of Your answers, as well as Your personal interpretation of the questions and slider scales. Love Power Up is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, or less useful analysis resulting from inaccurate answers, missing context, misunderstanding questions, emotional state at the time of use, exaggeration, selective responses, or failure to answer questions carefully.

Data Storage, History & Loss of Content

User Content, questionnaire responses, names or nicknames, relationship details, soulmate scores, compatibility scores, section scores, written summaries, detailed notes, reports, history, or other Assets may be stored persistently for convenience within the App and to provide the history feature. However, Love Power Up does not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any such content or outputs.

If the App is deleted, Your device is changed, access is lost, data is deleted, phone data is lost or corrupted, or the App’s local or associated storage is cleared, Your User Content, history, questionnaire responses, scores, reports, notes, insights, and other Assets may be permanently lost. You are responsible for maintaining any copies of content or outputs that You wish to keep.

No Monitoring Obligation

Love Power Up does not monitor all User Content and has no obligation to review, verify, validate, or confirm the accuracy, legality, safety, consent, ownership, or appropriateness of any submitted information, generated analysis, score, rating, summary, note, suggestion, or other output.

Acceptable Use – Relationship Content

You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, explicit, exploitative, infringing, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, depicts or concerns minors in a romantic or sexual context, includes individuals without required consent, or otherwise violates these Terms. Love Power Up reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or restrict access to any User Content at its discretion.

Non-Reliance Clause

You agree that You are not relying on the App as Your primary source of relationship advice, counseling, therapy, psychological guidance, mental health guidance, safety guidance, legal guidance, financial guidance, medical guidance, or professional advice, and that any decision to use, share, interpret, or act upon the App’s outputs is made solely by You.

Subscription Usage and Non-Cumulative Daily Tests

Certain features of the Services are offered on a subscription basis billed on a monthly cycle. During each active monthly subscription period, You are eligible to receive up to one (1) new Soulmate Test and related compatibility analysis per day.

Daily Soulmate Tests and related analyses are made available on a per-day, use-it-or-lose-it basis. You may only receive one (1) new Soulmate Test and related compatibility analysis per day, regardless of whether You used the Services on prior days.

Unused daily tests or analyses do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward within the same monthly subscription period or into any future subscription period. If You do not use the Services during a given day, that day’s test and analysis opportunity is forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later time.

By subscribing, You acknowledge and agree that You are not entitled to receive multiple daily tests or analyses for prior unused days, including but not limited to attempting to use multiple days’ worth of benefits at once.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Power Up LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or any other financial losses) arising from:

Your use of or reliance on any soulmate score, compatibility score, relationship analysis, section score, rating, written summary, detailed note, suggestion, report, or other Asset generated by the App.
Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, bias, inconsistency, or error in analysis resulting from automated processing, including AI-based or algorithmic interpretation of User Content.
Any incorrect, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, or misleading feedback caused by inaccurate answers, incomplete information, missing context, misunderstanding questions, emotional state, exaggeration, or failure to answer questions carefully.
Any dissatisfaction, emotional distress, insecurity, relationship concern, embarrassment, disagreement, conflict, reputational impact, or other emotional, personal, social, or interpersonal impact arising from use of the Services or Assets.
Any lack of improvement in communication, trust, emotional connection, romantic chemistry, compatibility, dating outcomes, relationship outcomes, marriage outcomes, personal happiness, or any other result.
Any relationship decision, breakup, reconciliation, argument, conversation, change in behavior, or other action taken by You or any third party based on the App’s analysis, scores, reports, notes, or suggestions.
Any misinterpretation, misuse, sharing, or publication of analysis, scores, ratings, summaries, notes, reports, suggestions, or other Assets by the User or any third party.
Any loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability of questionnaire responses, relationship details, analysis results, scores, reports, history, notes, or suggestions, including due to deletion of the App or loss of device data.
Any decisions or actions taken by the User based on the App’s analysis, scores, ratings, notes, or recommendations.
Your use of or interaction with any Third-Party Services.
Both the Services and the Assets are provided to Customer on an “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using the Service and assume any risks associated with use of the Services.

The Service is not intended to provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, mental health, relationship counseling, therapy, marriage counseling, crisis intervention, or other professional advice.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NEITHER LOVE POWER UP NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF LOVE POWER UP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR ANY RELATED INFORMATION; (B) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SERVICES; (C) CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING OTHER USERS) OF THE SERVICES; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL LOVE POWER UP’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (II) THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS. IF YOU ARE MERELY DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES OR WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Love Power Up and its affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, including all damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including, reasonable attorneys’ fees) (“Claims”), arising out of and relating to (a) any Claims concerning information input by You, including User Content, questionnaire responses, relationship information, names, nicknames, and other submitted content, (b) Your submission of User Content without necessary rights, permissions, or consents, (c) Your use of the Services, including Your access to, use of, sharing of, reliance on, or misuse of the Services or Assets, or (d) Your violation of these Terms of Service (including use of the Services in violation of these Terms of Service).

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

ALL LEGAL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING ANY DISPUTE REGARDING THE INTERPRETATION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT) (“Dispute”) WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, USA, EXCLUDING NEW YORK’S CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

The parties will try in good faith to settle any Dispute within 30 days after the Dispute arises. If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by arbitration by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Expedited Commercial Rules in force as of the date of this Agreement (“Rules”). The parties will mutually select one arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in English in New York County, New York, USA.

Either party may apply to any competent court for injunctive relief necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of the arbitration. The arbitrator may order equitable or injunctive relief consistent with the remedies and limitations in the Agreement.

The arbitral award will be final and binding on the parties, and its execution may be presented in any competent court, including any court with jurisdiction over either party or any of its property. Each party will bear its own lawyers’ and experts’ fees and expenses, regardless of the arbitrator’s final decision regarding the Dispute.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, pandemics or war.

Waiver and Severability

If You do not comply with a portion of these Terms and We do not take action right away, this does not mean We are giving up any of Our rights under these Terms. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, the remainder of the Terms shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. Introduction
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), developer of the Soulmate Test app (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”).

As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that relates to, describes, or could be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly.

Definitions: Throughout this Policy, “You” or “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. “Company” refers to Love Power Up LLC. “Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Applicability: This Policy applies to Personal Data that Love Power Up collects, uses, and discloses in connection with Soulmate Test, including: (i) data collected through the Services; (ii) relationship questionnaire responses, compatibility answers, soulmate test responses, preferences, and other information You voluntarily submit; (iii) compatibility scores, section scores, generated analyses, written reports, history records, and other outputs generated by the App; (iv) data collected through improving, testing, training, and enhancing the App, including through anonymized and/or aggregated data as described in this Policy; (v) data collected from customer support communications; and (vi) data collected from third-party sources where applicable. When You make purchases, We use third-party payment processors to collect credit card or other financial information. Love Power Up does not store the credit card or payment information You provide, only confirmation that payment was made.

Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational requirements, Our practices, and other factors. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. If any changes are unacceptable to You, You should cease using the Services. When required under applicable law, We will notify You of changes to this Privacy Policy.

2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
2.1 Types of Data Collected

While interacting with the Services, You may provide certain personally identifiable information that could be used to contact or identify You, including:

2.1.2 Relationship Questionnaire Responses and User Content
The Service allows You to answer questions about Yourself, another person, a relationship, a crush, a partner, an ex, a potential soulmate, or other relationship-related topics. Such questionnaire answers, slider responses, names or nicknames, preferences, opinions, relationship descriptions, emotional information, and other information You submit through the App are referred to in this Policy as “User Content.”

User Content may include information about Your feelings, preferences, compatibility perceptions, romantic interests, communication style, emotional connection, trust, chemistry, long-term goals, relationship concerns, and other relationship-related matters. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, or third-party personal information that You do not want processed by the App.

We collect and process User Content to provide the core functionality of the Service, including calculating section scores, generating an overall Soulmate Score, creating compatibility breakdowns, producing written analyses, maintaining Your history or previous results, and improving the Services as described in this Policy.

2.1.3 Compatibility Scores, Analyses, and Generated Results
The Service may generate outputs based on Your User Content, including section scores, overall compatibility scores, Soulmate Scores, written analyses, relationship insights, compatibility breakdowns, strengths, potential challenges, relationship health insights, history records, and other generated outputs. These generated results may be stored to provide Your history, allow You to view prior analyses, improve the user experience, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the Service.

2.1.4 Sensitive Relationship and Emotional Information
Relationship questionnaire responses, emotional information, compatibility answers, and generated relationship analyses may be considered sensitive or personal information under certain laws or in certain jurisdictions. We use this information to provide the Services requested by You, maintain Your history, improve the Service, and otherwise as described in this Policy. Soulmate Test is designed for entertainment and personal insight purposes and is not intended to provide counseling, therapy, mental health services, psychological diagnosis, or legally significant decisions.

2.1.5 App Permissions
The Service may request access to certain device features, such as notifications, local storage, or other permissions, only as needed to provide App functionality. You may be able to manage App permissions through Your device settings.

2.2 Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, operate, and improve Our Service.
To manage Your account, if accounts are offered or required.
To perform contracts with You, including purchases or other transactions through the Service.
To contact You by email, telephone, SMS, push notification, or other equivalent communication regarding updates, security, functionality, purchases, or requested services.
To provide news, offers, or general information about goods or services similar to those You have purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted out.
To manage Your requests and respond to customer support inquiries.
For business transfers, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, restructurings, financing, or similar transactions.
To process questionnaire responses and relationship-related User Content to generate section scores, Soulmate Scores, compatibility reports, relationship insights, written analyses, and history records.
To maintain Your history of previous results, where applicable.
To improve, train, test, evaluate, and enhance Our artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, scoring systems, and Services using anonymized and/or aggregated data, including questionnaire responses, generated outputs, and usage patterns, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
To identify usage trends, evaluate promotions, improve the Service, and improve Your experience.
To protect the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the Services.
2.3 AI, Automated Processing, and Anonymized Training Data

We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including questionnaire responses, compatibility results, usage patterns, and related outputs, to improve, train, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms, models, scoring systems, and Services. Such anonymized or aggregated data is intended not to identify You personally.

We do not intentionally use identifiable Personal Data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without appropriate safeguards or as otherwise described in this Policy.

2.4 No Counseling, Therapy, Mental Health, or Professional Services
Soulmate Test is designed for entertainment and personal insight purposes. The Service is not intended to provide relationship counseling, therapy, psychological advice, mental health services, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. The App’s outputs are generated from Your submitted responses and automated systems and should not be treated as professional conclusions.

2.5 No Facial Recognition, Identity Verification, or Biometric Identification
Soulmate Test does not use facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, or facial analysis as part of its core functionality. The App does not identify You or any other person, verify identity, authenticate account access, match faces against databases, or perform biometric identification.

2.6 Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

With service providers, third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners: We may share Your Personal Data with these parties to provide services on Our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, AI, machine learning, automated analysis, monitoring, and analyzing use of the Services.
With analytics, attribution, advertising, crash reporting, and subscription management providers: We may use third-party tools or software development kits to help Us understand App usage, measure performance, attribute installs, process subscription status, diagnose crashes, and improve the Services. User Content, questionnaire responses, relationship inputs, compatibility scores, Soulmate Scores, written analyses, history records, and related outputs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies.

Compatibility results, questionnaire responses, and analysis history may be stored persistently for use within the App and history feature, but may be deleted or become unavailable if You delete the App, change devices, clear App data, lose device data, or delete Your account if account functionality is offered. Deletion may be subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any questionnaire responses, compatibility results, history, or other content.

Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, model training, algorithm improvement, scoring improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.

2.9 Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in other places where the parties involved in processing are located.
