Ai Wealth Machine is designed to operate without a user account or login. The App does not use a WhatsGoodApps-operated server to store your App activity. Most information used to provide the App’s features is stored only on your device.

2. Information the App Handles
2.1 Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores information locally on your device so that it can provide its features. Depending on how you use the App, this local information may include:
Your spin history and the opportunities revealed by prior spins;
Opportunities you mark as Favorites;
Your Tune selections and other preferences used to favor certain types of opportunities;
Whether your free spin has been used;
The timing and availability of your next subscription spin;
Your balance of unused one-time purchased spins;
Your progress through the Making Money With AI guide, including which chapters have been unlocked; and
Other App settings and operational data needed to provide the Service.
This information is not transmitted to or stored on a WhatsGoodApps server. We generally cannot view, retrieve, or remotely delete this local App data.
2.2 Free-Spin Eligibility
The App provides one free spin per device eligibility history. Reinstalling the App does not provide another free spin. To enforce this rule without requiring an account or a WhatsGoodApps server, the App may preserve or recover a limited device-based eligibility state using Apple-provided or device-level mechanisms. This limited state is used only to determine free-spin eligibility and is not used to identify you, build a profile about you, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2.3 Purchases and Subscriptions
Weekly and yearly subscriptions and one-time spin purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. WhatsGoodApps does not collect or store your full payment-card information.
Purchase validation and entitlement handling for the App are performed on your device through Apple’s StoreKit mechanisms. WhatsGoodApps does not operate a server that receives your App Store receipt or transaction information for validation. Apple may separately process purchase, subscription, billing, device, and account information under Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
The App may use purchase and entitlement information provided by StoreKit on your device to determine subscription status, spin availability, purchased-spin balances, and access to subscription features.
2.4 App Store Connect Analytics
We use App Store Connect analytics provided by Apple to understand general App performance and usage. Apple designs App Store Connect analytics with privacy protections, and certain App usage and quality metrics are available only when users have chosen to share diagnostics and usage information with app developers and when applicable privacy thresholds are met.
We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs into the App. We do not use App analytics to build individual advertising profiles.
2.5 Support Communications
The App does not require you to provide an email address or other contact information. If you voluntarily contact us at support@whatsgoodapps.com, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your communication. We use that information to respond to you, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, and address legal or security issues where necessary.

The App may offer notifications or reminders using Apple or device notification mechanisms. If you enable notifications, your device settings and local App data may be used to schedule or present those notifications. WhatsGoodApps does not operate a user-account or notification-profile server for Ai Wealth Machine, and notifications are not used by us for cross-app tracking or behavioral advertising.
2.7 Data We Do Not Request Through App Permissions
The App does not request access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or similar device content or sensors for its ordinary operation.
3. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Opportunities
Ai Wealth Machine contains curated money-making opportunities and links to third-party websites, products, programs, or services. Some of these links are affiliate links. An affiliate link may contain WhatsGoodApps’ affiliate, referral, or campaign identifier so that a third party or affiliate network can attribute activity or compensation to us.
The App does not append your device identifier, advertising identifier, contact information, or other unique user identifier to these affiliate URLs. WhatsGoodApps does not receive affiliate reporting that identifies you as an individual. We may receive non-user-identifying reporting about activity such as clicks, conversions, sales, or commissions.
When you tap a third-party or affiliate link, you leave Ai Wealth Machine and interact directly with the third party. The third party may collect information about you in accordance with its own privacy policy, cookies, tracking technologies, terms, and practices. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party you visit.
4. Tune, History, Favorites, and Guide Progress
Your Tune selections, History, Favorites, spin status, and Making Money With AI guide progress are used to provide and personalize features within the App. These items are stored locally on your device and are not sent to WhatsGoodApps.
The opportunities displayed by Ai Wealth Machine are curated content built into the App. The App does not send your Tune selections or other App activity to an artificial intelligence provider for generation, training, or profiling.
5. How We Use Information
To the limited extent WhatsGoodApps receives information, we may use it to:
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App;
Understand general App performance and usage through App Store Connect analytics;
Respond to support requests and communications you initiate;
Administer subscriptions and purchases through Apple’s App Store ecosystem;
Protect the App, our rights, and users against fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
Comply with applicable law, legal process, or regulatory requirements; and
Facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information we actually possess in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: to vendors that help us operate our business, such as providers used to process support communications, subject to appropriate contractual or legal restrictions where required;
Apple: your use of Apple’s App Store, StoreKit, App Store Connect, and device services is subject to Apple’s independent data practices;
Legal and safety reasons: if required by law, legal process, court order, or valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse;

7. Data Retention and Deletion
Ordinary App data described in Section 2.1 remains on your device until you delete it through App functionality, reset applicable App data, or delete the App, as applicable.
Deleting the App removes the ordinary local App data associated with History, Favorites, Tune selections, spin timing, purchased-spin balances, and guide progress from the installed App. Reinstalling the App does not restore those items from WhatsGoodApps because we do not maintain a server copy of them.
Purchases and subscriptions may be restorable or recognizable through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store systems. In addition, a limited device-based free-spin eligibility state may remain available through Apple-provided or device-level mechanisms so that reinstalling the App does not create a new free spin.
If you contact us for support, we may retain your communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations.
App Store Connect analytics and App Store transaction records are subject to Apple’s retention practices and controls.
8. Device Backups and iCloud
WhatsGoodApps does not intentionally upload your local Ai Wealth Machine data to an iCloud account or a WhatsGoodApps cloud service. Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, Apple may include some App data in device or iCloud backups. Those backup processes are controlled by you and Apple, not by WhatsGoodApps, and are subject to Apple’s policies and your device settings.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we process. Because most Ai Wealth Machine data is stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device, operating system, passcode, Apple account, and backups. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children’s Privacy
Ai Wealth Machine is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. The App does not use an age gate and does not ask you to provide your date of birth. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided Personal Data directly to WhatsGoodApps, please contact us at support@whatsgoodapps.com.
11. International Users
WhatsGoodApps is based in the United States. If you contact us directly or otherwise provide information to us, that information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
