This Agreement is entered into by WhatsGoodApps LLC (“WhatsGoodApps,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), the developer and operator of the Ai Wealth Machine application (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”), and the person using the Services (“You” or “Your”). This Agreement governs Your access to and use of the Services.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Content” means the money-making opportunities, opportunity summaries, descriptions, links, recommendations, guide materials, graphics, text, data, features, and other information or materials made available through the Services, whether created or curated by Us or supplied by third parties.
This Agreement becomes effective when You are presented with it and proceed to access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. If updated Terms are presented to You, Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the Services or Content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or unchanged. Features, opportunities, subscription benefits, purchase options, prices, timing mechanisms, and other aspects of the App may change to the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable app marketplace rules.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
Your Information and On-Device Data
The App does not require a user account or login. Certain App data, including Tune selections, spin-related status, History, Favorites, guide progress, and certain purchase-related or entitlement-related information, may be stored locally on Your device. Please review Our Privacy Policy for additional information about how information is handled.
Because the App relies on local device storage for certain features, deleting the App, clearing or corrupting local App data, restoring or replacing Your device, or reinstalling the App may result in the loss of locally stored data, including History, Favorites, Tune selections, guide progress, and unused consumable purchases that cannot be restored through the applicable app marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining Your device and local App data.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, scrape, extract, or attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, opportunity database, Content, or internal operation of the Services except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified software, or other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the Services;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent spin limits, the 24-hour subscription-spin timing mechanism, purchase verification, subscription verification, eligibility rules, or any other technical or commercial restriction of the App;
obtain or attempt to obtain spins, subscriptions, Content, guide chapters, or other paid benefits without authorization or payment;
use the Services for competitive research or to build, train, populate, or improve a competing product or database;
interfere with or disrupt the Services or any systems or networks used to provide them;
use the Services in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of any third party;
use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; or
attempt, assist, or encourage anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if We reasonably believe You have violated these Terms, abused the Services, engaged in fraud or attempted fraud, or interfered with the proper operation of the App.
Spins and Opportunity Discovery
Ai Wealth Machine uses a slot-machine-style game interface to reveal curated money-making opportunities. When You use a spin, the App reveals an opportunity and related Content. Opportunities may include summaries and links to third-party products, services, programs, websites, or other resources.
Opportunities are curated rather than generated by artificial intelligence. The App may use algorithms, weighting, Your Tune selections, availability, prior results, or other factors to determine which curated opportunity is displayed. The same opportunity may be displayed more than once. We do not guarantee that any particular spin will reveal a new, unique, preferred, available, or suitable opportunity.
Free Spin
The App provides one free spin intended to be available once per installation/device. The free spin has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or other consideration. Deleting or reinstalling the App does not create any contractual entitlement to additional free spins, and You may not intentionally manipulate App data or device state to obtain free spins beyond those made available by Us.
Subscription Spins
Weekly and yearly subscribers receive access to subscription spins while their subscription is active. A subscription spin becomes available immediately when an eligible subscription begins, subject to purchase verification.
After You use an available subscription spin, Your next subscription spin becomes available 24 hours after that spin was used. An available subscription spin remains available until You use it. The 24-hour period for the next subscription spin does not begin until the currently available subscription spin is used.
Subscription spins do not accumulate. Only one subscription spin may be available at a time. Waiting longer than 24 hours to use an available subscription spin does not cause additional subscription spins to accrue, stack, bank, or become available.
One-Time Purchased Spins
You may purchase additional spins as one-time consumable in-app purchases. Each purchased spin permits one additional spin. Subject to purchase availability and applicable app marketplace rules, You may purchase additional spins as often as the App permits.
Purchasing or using a one-time purchased spin does not start, stop, reset, extend, shorten, or otherwise affect Your subscription or the timing of Your next subscription spin.
Unused one-time purchased spins remain available until used while the relevant locally stored purchase data remains intact. Because these spins are consumable purchases and certain purchase balances are stored on Your device, unused purchased spins may not be recoverable if You delete or reinstall the App, lose or replace Your device, or lose local App data, except to the extent restoration is supported by the applicable app marketplace or otherwise required by law.
No Gambling, Wagering, Cash Prize, or Prize of Value
The slot-machine imagery, lever, reels, spins, “winner” terminology, and similar game elements are used solely as an entertainment and discovery interface. Ai Wealth Machine is not a casino, gambling service, betting service, lottery, sweepstakes, or wagering product.
Using or purchasing a spin does not give You a chance to win cash, cash equivalents, securities, cryptocurrency, property, prizes, or anything else of monetary value from Us. A “winning” spin means only that the App reveals Content describing a money-making opportunity. The opportunity itself is not a prize and has no guaranteed value, income, profitability, or benefit.
Tune Feature
The Tune feature allows You to indicate categories or types of opportunities that interest You. Tune selections may influence or weight the opportunities that the App displays, but they do not guarantee that any particular category, type of opportunity, provider, result, or outcome will be shown. Tuning the App does not increase or guarantee Your likelihood of earning money or achieving any financial result.
History and Favorites
The App may allow You to view a History of prior spins and mark opportunities as Favorites. These features are provided for convenience only and are not intended to serve as permanent records. History and Favorites are stored locally and may be lost if the App is deleted or reinstalled, the device is replaced or reset, or local App data is otherwise lost or corrupted.
Making Money With AI Guide
Active subscribers receive access to the Making Money With AI guide, which consists of 12 chapters. Chapter 1 is revealed when an eligible subscription begins. While the subscription is active, each subsequent chapter is scheduled to be revealed 24 hours after the preceding chapter was revealed, until all 12 chapters have been revealed.
If Your subscription expires or is canceled, chapters already revealed on that installation/device remain accessible so long as the relevant local App data remains intact. Additional locked chapters will not continue unlocking without an active subscription. If You later resubscribe, Your chapter sequence is intended to resume from the next locked chapter rather than restarting at Chapter 1, subject to the availability of locally stored progress information.
The Making Money With AI guide is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, business, or professional advice and does not guarantee earnings, profits, business success, or any particular result.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Ai Wealth Machine may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription prices, billing periods, and any applicable introductory or promotional terms are displayed in the App before purchase.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to Your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and procedures. You can manage or cancel Your subscription through Your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not retroactively terminate access for a subscription period that has already been paid for, except as required by applicable law or Apple policy.
If the App is later distributed through another app marketplace, purchases made through that marketplace will be subject to that marketplace’s applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
We may change subscription prices or purchase prices prospectively as permitted by applicable law and applicable app marketplace rules. Any price change will apply as provided by the marketplace through which the purchase is offered.
Refunds and Purchase Issues
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app marketplace, not directly by WhatsGoodApps. Refund requests, billing disputes, payment-method issues, and marketplace transaction problems are subject to the policies and procedures of the marketplace through which the purchase was made. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Third-Party Opportunities and Services
The App may display, describe, recommend, or link to third-party products, services, websites, programs, businesses, platforms, offers, or money-making opportunities (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). Third-Party Services are operated by independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by WhatsGoodApps unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your interactions, registrations, purchases, contracts, payments, communications, and other dealings with any Third-Party Service are solely between You and the applicable third party and are subject to that third party’s terms, policies, eligibility requirements, fees, practices, and procedures.
No Endorsement or Affiliation
The inclusion or display of a Third-Party Service does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or recommendation that the Third-Party Service is appropriate for You. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ai Wealth Machine and WhatsGoodApps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the providers of Third-Party Services. All third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, THAT ANY OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AVAILABLE OR PROFITABLE, THAT ANY THIRD PARTY WILL PERFORM AS REPRESENTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSGOODAPPS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (II) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Services if You violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, interfere with the Services, or if We discontinue the App. Termination does not automatically entitle You to a refund for purchases already made, except as required by applicable law or applicable app marketplace policy.
App Marketplace Terms
If You obtain the App through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace, Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable marketplace terms and usage rules. The applicable marketplace may process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds and may provide separate rights or obligations that apply to Your use of the App. To the extent these Terms conflict with non-waivable marketplace requirements applicable to the distribution of the App, those requirements will control.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
ALL LEGAL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE APP (EACH, A “DISPUTE”) WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, USA, EXCLUDING NEW YORK’S CONFLICT-OF-LAWS RULES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules then in effect, unless applicable law gives You a non-waivable right to proceed in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English in New York County, New York, USA, before one arbitrator, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect rights or property pending arbitration or as otherwise permitted by law. The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law consistent with these Terms. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs except to the extent applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules require otherwise.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for a failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages, pandemics, or failures of third-party services.
Waiver and Severability
If We do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive Our right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to You in connection with a specific feature or purchase, constitute the agreement between You and WhatsGoodApps concerning the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning the same subject matter.

History and Favorites are stored locally and may be lost if the App is deleted or reinstalled, the device is replaced or reset, or local App data is otherwise lost or corrupted.
Making Money With AI Guide
Active subscribers receive access to the Making Money With AI guide, which consists of 12 chapters. Chapter 1 is revealed when an eligible subscription begins. While the subscription is active, each subsequent chapter is scheduled to be revealed 24 hours after the preceding chapter was revealed, until all 12 chapters have been revealed.
If Your subscription expires or is canceled, chapters already revealed on that installation/device remain accessible so long as the relevant local App data remains intact. Additional locked chapters will not continue unlocking without an active subscription. If You later resubscribe, Your chapter sequence is intended to resume from the next locked chapter rather than restarting at Chapter 1, subject to the availability of locally stored progress information.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Ai Wealth Machine may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription prices, billing periods, and any applicable introductory or promotional terms are displayed in the App before purchase.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to Your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and procedures. You can manage or cancel Your subscription through Your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not retroactively terminate access for a subscription period that has already been paid for, except as required by applicable law or Apple policy.
If the App is later distributed through another app marketplace, purchases made through that marketplace will be subject to that marketplace’s applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
We may change subscription prices or purchase prices prospectively as permitted by applicable law and applicable app marketplace rules. Any price change will apply as provided by the marketplace through which the purchase is offered.
Refunds and Purchase Issues
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app marketplace, not directly by WhatsGoodApps. Refund requests, billing disputes, payment-method issues, and marketplace transaction problems are subject to the policies and procedures of the marketplace through which the purchase was made. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Third-Party Opportunities and Services
The App may display, describe, recommend, or link to third-party products, services, websites, programs, businesses, platforms, offers, or money-making opportunities (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). Third-Party Services are operated by independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by WhatsGoodApps unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your interactions, registrations, purchases, contracts, payments, communications, and other dealings with any Third-Party Service are solely between You and the applicable third party and are subject to that third party’s terms, policies, eligibility requirements, fees, practices, and procedures.
No Endorsement or Affiliation
The inclusion or display of a Third-Party Service does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or recommendation that the Third-Party Service is appropriate for You. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhatsGoodApps and its affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, contractors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to Your misuse of the Services, Your violation of these Terms, Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or Your dealings with a Third-Party Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Services if You violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, interfere with the Services, or if We discontinue the App. Termination does not automatically entitle You to a refund for purchases already made, except as required by applicable law or applicable app marketplace policy.
App Marketplace Terms
If You obtain the App through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace, Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable marketplace terms and usage rules. The applicable marketplace may process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds and may provide separate rights or obligations that apply to Your use of the App. To the extent these Terms conflict with non-waivable marketplace requirements applicable to the distribution of the App, those requirements will control.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
ALL LEGAL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE APP (EACH, A “DISPUTE”) WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, USA, EXCLUDING NEW YORK’S CONFLICT-OF-LAWS RULES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice of the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules then in effect, unless applicable law gives You a non-waivable right to proceed in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English in New York County, New York, USA, before one arbitrator, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect rights or property pending arbitration or as otherwise permitted by law. The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law consistent with these Terms. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs except to the extent applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules require otherwise.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for a failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages, pandemics, or failures of third-party services.
Waiver and Severability
If We do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive Our right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to You in connection with a specific feature or purchase, constitute the agreement between You and WhatsGoodApps concerning the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning the same subject matter.
