If You share a project, task, note, comment, attachment, or other User Content with another user or collaborator, that content may be visible to the users or collaborators with whom it is shared, depending on the App’s functionality and permissions. You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom You share it.
2.1.6 Confidential, Business, and Sensitive Information You Choose to Submit
Because Go High Level is a project management app, You may choose to enter business, client, employee, project, confidential, proprietary, or other sensitive information. We process the information You choose to submit to provide the Service requested by You, maintain Your history, improve the Service, and otherwise as described in this Policy.

We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any projects, tasks, notes, comments, reminders, deadlines, calendar entries, attachments, AI prompts, AI outputs, history, or other content.
Data sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may be processed and retained by that provider in accordance with its applicable business/API terms, data processing terms, security practices, privacy policies, and retention policies, including for service operation, security, abuse monitoring, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Where provider settings or agreements allow customer control over model training or improvement using identifiable User Content, WhatsGoodApps does not opt in to allow identifiable Go High Level User Content to be used to train or improve third-party AI models.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, algorithm improvement, AI feature improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.

Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may process and retain API data, logs, and related information as described in its applicable business, API, security, and privacy terms and policies, including for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, troubleshooting, and service operation. We require service providers that process Personal Data on Our behalf to provide protections for Personal Data that are the same as or equal to those required by this Policy and applicable law.

These providers are required to protect Personal Data with the same or equal protection required by this Policy and applicable law.
With collaborators or other users You choose: If the Service offers collaboration or shared project features, We may make shared project content, task information, comments, notes, assignments, collaborator information, and related activity visible to users or collaborators You invite, add, assign, or otherwise choose to share with, depending on the App’s functionality and permissions.

2.7 In-App Permission Before Third-Party AI Processing
Before the App sends Your submitted project-related User Content or related Personal Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for AI-powered processing, the App may present an in-app disclosure explaining that data will be sent to the provider, identifying the types of data sent, and requesting Your permission where required. You may decline the permission request. If You decline, the App will not send that User Content and related request data to that provider for processing, but certain AI-powered features may not be available.

User Content is stored persistently for use within the App and history features, but is intended to be deleted upon deletion of the App, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, service-provider retention, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.
2.9 Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information and any required in-app permission represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place.

If We process Personal Data with Your consent, You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise Your rights, contact support@whatsgoodapps.com.
