Medvi PP

Privacy Policy
Last updated July 27, 2026.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the MEDvi mobile application (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”), which is developed and operated by WhatsGoodApps LLC (“WhatsGoodApps,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

MEDvi is a free informational app that helps adults browse and compare health, wellness, telehealth, treatment, product, supplement, and device offers made available by independent third parties. MEDvi does not require an account or login, does not process payments, and is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or medical records service.

As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or household, where applicable under relevant law.

This Policy explains the information processed through MEDvi, the information that may be made available to Us by Apple or third-party affiliate networks, what happens when You open an external offer, and the privacy choices available to You.

Privacy summary:

MEDvi does not require You to create an account.
Your questionnaire answers, selected state, matching information, Favorites, and App settings are stored locally on Your device and are not sent to WhatsGoodApps.
Your questionnaire answers are not placed in affiliate links or sent to providers or affiliate networks.
MEDvi does not include third-party advertising or analytics software development kits. We may receive limited analytics, crash, performance, and diagnostic information made available by Apple.
When You select an offer, the link opens in Your device’s default browser. The provider, seller, affiliate network, tracking platform, and their service providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.
All purchases, consultations, prescriptions, memberships, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and cancellations occur outside MEDvi and are handled by the applicable third party.
2. Information Processed Locally on Your Device
2.1 Questionnaire Answers and Preferences
MEDvi may allow You to answer preference-based questions about categories or features that interest You, such as weight management, sexual wellness, hair care, hormone or longevity services, cognitive wellness, treatment format, price preferences, delivery preferences, or other offer characteristics.

Your answers are processed locally on Your device to identify offers that may correspond with the preferences You select. Your answers are not used by MEDvi to diagnose a condition, determine medical eligibility, make a treatment decision, or determine whether a product or treatment is safe or appropriate for You.

Questionnaire answers are not transmitted to WhatsGoodApps, healthcare providers, merchants, affiliate networks, artificial intelligence providers, analytics companies, or advertising companies. MEDvi does not include Your questionnaire answers in affiliate-link parameters.

2.2 State Selection
MEDvi may ask You to manually select Your U.S. state so that the App can display offers that may be available in that state. The state You select is stored and processed locally on Your device. MEDvi does not request access to GPS, precise location, or Your device’s location services for this purpose.

2.3 Matching Results and Offer Order
MEDvi may use Your locally stored answers to identify one or more potentially relevant offers. When more than one offer matches Your answers, the order in which offers appear may be based on additional factors, which may include price, stated features, availability, administrative considerations, commercial relationships, affiliate compensation, or other factors. This matching and ordering process does not transmit Your questionnaire answers to WhatsGoodApps or to the listed providers.

2.4 Favorites and App Settings
Offers saved as Favorites, along with certain App settings and display preferences, are stored locally on Your device. WhatsGoodApps does not receive a list of Your Favorites.

2.5 Device and Cloud Backups
Although MEDvi stores questionnaire answers, state selection, Favorites, and settings locally, Your device’s operating system or backup settings may include App data in an iCloud backup, computer backup, device transfer, or restore process. WhatsGoodApps does not control Apple’s backup features, cannot access Your iCloud account, and cannot determine whether a particular backup contains MEDvi data. You can manage backup settings through Your Apple device and Apple account settings.

3. Information MEDvi Does Not Require You to Provide
MEDvi does not require You to provide WhatsGoodApps with:

Your name;
An email address or telephone number;
A mailing or billing address;
An account username or password;
Payment-card or bank information;
Insurance information;
Medical records;
A diagnosis, prescription, medication list, or laboratory result;
A government-issued identification number; or
Photos, audio, video, or other user-uploaded content.
The principal exception is information You voluntarily provide when contacting customer support, as described below.

4. Information WhatsGoodApps May Receive
4.1 Customer Support Communications
If You contact Us by email or another support channel, We may receive Your email address, name if included, message, attachments, technical details You choose to provide, and any other information You voluntarily include. We use that information to respond to Your request, investigate issues, maintain appropriate business records, protect the App and Our legal rights, and comply with law.

Please do not send medical records, prescription information, government identification, payment-card information, or other sensitive health or financial information in a support message unless it is necessary for Your request. MEDvi is not intended to receive or store medical records.

4.2 Apple-Provided App Store Analytics and Diagnostics
MEDvi does not integrate independent third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple may make App Store, installation, deletion, usage, session, crash, performance, and diagnostic information available to WhatsGoodApps through Apple’s developer services. Some usage, crash, and diagnostic information may be available only when a user has chosen to share analytics or diagnostics with Apple and app developers.

Apple may aggregate information, apply privacy thresholds, or otherwise use privacy-protective techniques before making information available to developers. The information We receive may include data such as App version, operating-system version, device type, general territory, installation or deletion counts, sessions, crashes, and technical diagnostic information. Apple’s collection and processing are governed by Apple’s own terms, privacy notices, and user settings.

We may use Apple-provided information to understand App performance, identify crashes or technical problems, evaluate general usage trends, maintain security, and improve MEDvi. We do not use Apple-provided analytics to obtain Your locally stored questionnaire answers, state selection, or Favorites.

4.3 Affiliate Reporting Information
MEDvi contains static affiliate links. These links identify WhatsGoodApps or MEDvi as the referring affiliate and may contain fixed offer, campaign, source, publisher, or placement identifiers. MEDvi does not create or append a unique MEDvi user identifier, device identifier, session identifier, questionnaire answer, selected state, or Favorite to these links.

After a user opens an affiliate link or completes an action on an external website, an affiliate network, tracking platform, provider, merchant, or advertiser may make limited reporting information available to Us. The exact information varies by network, advertiser, offer, and transaction. It may include:

The offer, provider, campaign, product, or item associated with a click or conversion;
Click, lead, order, conversion, rebill, cancellation, refund, reversal, or chargeback status;
Date and time information;
A transaction, order, receipt, referral, click, or conversion identifier generated by the third party;
Purchase amount, transaction type, currency, commission type, and affiliate earnings;
Subscription or recurring-payment status;
Limited payment-method category information, where made available;
Approximate geographic information, such as city, state or province, postal code, or country; and
Technical, fraud-prevention, reconciliation, or compliance information made available by the network.
We do not configure MEDvi to send Your name, email address, street address, questionnaire answers, state selection, Favorites, medical records, diagnosis, prescription information, insurance information, or payment-card number to an affiliate network or provider. We do not use email-based affiliate attribution through MEDvi.

Affiliate-network reporting capabilities and practices may change. We do not control the information an external provider or network collects directly from You after You leave MEDvi. If Our actual receipt or use of affiliate reporting data materially changes, We will update this Policy as appropriate.

5. External Offers, Browsers, Affiliate Networks, and Providers
5.1 Opening an External Offer
When You select an offer or tap a button such as “Continue to Provider,” MEDvi opens the applicable external link in Your device’s default web browser. You are then interacting with an independently operated website or service, not MEDvi.

Selecting an external offer may disclose or suggest Your interest in the subject of that offer to the provider, merchant, affiliate network, tracking platform, and their service providers. For example, selecting an offer concerning ED treatment, weight management, hormone health, hair loss, or cognitive wellness may reveal an interest in that category even though MEDvi does not transmit Your questionnaire answers.

5.2 Information Third Parties May Collect
Once an external offer is opened, the provider, merchant, affiliate network, advertising or tracking platform, payment processor, pharmacy, healthcare professional, and their service providers may collect information independently. Depending on the website and Your actions, this may include:

IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language, and approximate location;
Cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, server-to-server attribution data, and similar technologies;
The date and time of the visit, referring link, affiliate identifier, campaign identifier, pages viewed, and actions taken;
Name, email address, telephone number, address, date of birth, and account information;
Health history, symptoms, questionnaire responses, medications, allergies, laboratory information, identification, insurance information, or other information submitted for a consultation;
Payment, billing, shipping, purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, and customer-service information; and
Any other information described in the third party’s privacy notice.
The third party’s privacy policy and terms govern its collection, use, retention, disclosure, and security of information. MEDvi’s Privacy Policy does not apply to information You enter on an external website or provide directly to an independent provider, merchant, healthcare professional, pharmacy, seller, affiliate network, or payment processor.

We encourage You to review the privacy policy, terms, consent forms, subscription terms, and cancellation policy of each third party before submitting personal, medical, or payment information.

5.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
MEDvi itself does not use website cookies because it is a mobile app and does not operate an MEDvi website. External websites opened through affiliate links may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, device or browser information, server-to-server tracking, and similar technologies for attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising, personalization, or other purposes. You can manage browser cookies and privacy settings through Your browser and device settings, subject to the functionality offered by the applicable browser and website.

6. Purchases, Consultations, Prescriptions, and External Subscriptions
MEDvi is free to use and has no MEDvi paywall, paid subscription, or in-app purchase. WhatsGoodApps does not process or store payment-card information through MEDvi.

All consultations, evaluations, prescriptions, medications, products, devices, memberships, subscriptions, shipping, payments, renewals, refunds, guarantees, and cancellations are provided and managed by independent third parties outside MEDvi. WhatsGoodApps is not a party to those transactions.

Deleting MEDvi, clearing MEDvi App data, or removing an offer from Favorites does not cancel any subscription, membership, order, consultation, treatment plan, or recurring payment established with an external provider or seller. You must contact the applicable third party or use its cancellation method.

WhatsGoodApps does not receive Your medical evaluation, diagnosis, complete medical record, prescription, medication dosage, laboratory result, insurance record, payment-card number, or provider account credentials merely because You use MEDvi or open an affiliate link.

7. How We Use Information Available to Us
We may use information that is actually available to WhatsGoodApps for the following purposes:

To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve MEDvi;
To understand aggregated App Store, usage, installation, deletion, crash, and performance trends supplied by Apple;
To respond to customer support messages and requests;
To administer affiliate relationships and determine whether a qualifying click, lead, purchase, subscription, rebill, cancellation, refund, reversal, or other conversion occurred;
To reconcile commissions, payments, refunds, chargebacks, and affiliate-network reporting;
To investigate fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, security issues, or compliance concerns;
To maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records;
To enforce Our agreements and protect Our rights, users, providers, partners, and the public;
To comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests; and
For a business transfer as described below.
We do not use Your locally stored questionnaire answers, selected state, or Favorites for behavioral advertising, cross-app advertising, data brokerage, or sale to third parties because WhatsGoodApps does not receive that information.

8. How We May Disclose Information
WhatsGoodApps may disclose information that is actually in Our possession in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We may use providers that support email, customer service, legal, accounting, security, or other operational functions. They may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to Us and subject to applicable obligations.
Apple: Apple operates the App Store and may process App distribution, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, device backup, and related information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Affiliate networks and partners: We may exchange reporting, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, compliance, and payment information with affiliate networks, providers, merchants, and their tracking platforms as necessary to administer affiliate relationships.
Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, or valid governmental requests; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or unlawful activity; protect rights, property, or safety; or defend against legal claims.
Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
With Your direction or consent: We may disclose information when You direct Us to do so or provide valid consent.
Because questionnaire answers, state selection, and Favorites remain locally on Your device, WhatsGoodApps cannot disclose data that We do not possess.

9. Notifications
MEDvi may request permission to send notifications. Notifications may be used for App-related reminders, updates, or information. Where notifications are scheduled locally, the notification schedule is stored on the device. You may allow, manage, or disable notifications through Your Apple device settings.

MEDvi is not intended to display sensitive medical details in notification content. If a future version uses remote push notifications or requires WhatsGoodApps to receive or process additional information, such as a device push token, We will update this Policy as appropriate before using that information.

10. Retention and Deletion
10.1 Local App Data
Questionnaire answers, selected state, matching information, Favorites, and App settings remain on Your device until You clear or delete them, delete the App, replace or reset the device, or the data is otherwise removed by the device or operating system.

MEDvi provides the following controls:

Clear Questionnaire Data: Clears locally stored questionnaire answers and related matching preferences.
Delete App Data: Deletes locally stored MEDvi App data, including Favorites and questionnaire-related data, as implemented in the App.
Deleting MEDvi from Your device also generally removes locally stored App data from that device. However, copies may remain in device or cloud backups, computer backups, restored devices, or other systems controlled by You or Apple. WhatsGoodApps cannot directly access or delete data from Your personal Apple account or backups.

10.2 Support Communications
We may retain support communications and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or abuse, protect legal rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

10.3 Apple and Affiliate Reporting
Apple, affiliate networks, tracking platforms, providers, and merchants retain information according to their own systems, agreements, policies, and legal obligations. WhatsGoodApps may retain Apple-provided or affiliate reporting information for as long as reasonably necessary for App operations, analytics, security, affiliate administration, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal compliance.

11. Security
Locally stored MEDvi data is subject to the security of Your device, operating system, device passcode, Apple account, backups, and personal security practices. We encourage You to maintain an appropriate device passcode, install operating-system updates, protect Your Apple account, and use available security features.

We take reasonable measures to protect information that is actually transmitted to or maintained by Us. However, no device, storage system, backup system, email service, browser, network transmission, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information electronically at Your own risk.

WhatsGoodApps is not responsible for the security practices of independent providers, sellers, affiliate networks, browsers, payment processors, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, or other external services.

12. Your Privacy Choices
You may exercise the following choices:

Use Clear Questionnaire Data to clear locally stored questionnaire answers and matching preferences;
Use Delete App Data to delete locally stored MEDvi data, including Favorites, as implemented in the App;
Delete MEDvi from Your device;
Manage App notifications in Your Apple device settings;
Manage analytics-sharing choices, iCloud Backup, browser cookies, and other privacy settings through Your Apple device, Apple account, and default browser;
Choose not to open an external affiliate offer;
Review and use privacy controls offered by external providers, sellers, affiliate networks, and browsers; and
Contact Us concerning Personal Data actually held by WhatsGoodApps.
Because local questionnaire answers, state selection, and Favorites are not transmitted to WhatsGoodApps, We cannot retrieve, view, correct, export, or remotely delete that local information for You.

13. Health Information, Medical Privacy, and HIPAA
Your locally selected health and wellness interests may be sensitive. MEDvi is designed so that questionnaire answers, selected state, and Favorites remain on Your device and are not transmitted to WhatsGoodApps.

WhatsGoodApps is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, pharmacy, or business associate merely by operating MEDvi. MEDvi is not intended to receive medical records or to provide secure messaging with a healthcare professional. Information You voluntarily submit to an external provider may be subject to that provider’s privacy practices and, depending on the provider and circumstances, laws such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or other health-privacy laws.

Do not assume that information entered into MEDvi or disclosed to an affiliate network is protected by HIPAA. Review the external provider’s privacy notice before submitting health information.

14. Children’s Privacy and Age Requirement
MEDvi is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. The App is not directed to children, and WhatsGoodApps does not knowingly collect Personal Data through MEDvi from anyone under 18.

If You believe a person under 18 has provided Personal Data to Us through customer support, please contact Us so that We can review the matter and take appropriate action.

15. International Data Transfers
WhatsGoodApps is based in the U.S. Information that is actually received by Us, such as support communications, Apple-provided information, or affiliate reporting information, may be processed and stored in the U.S. or in other countries where Apple, affiliate networks, service providers, or partners operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in Your jurisdiction.

Where required, We will use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers of Personal Data under Our control.

16. Supplemental Privacy Information for Certain Regions
16.1 California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where You reside and whether an applicable law applies to WhatsGoodApps, You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain Personal Data held by Us, and to receive information about how Personal Data is collected, used, or disclosed. You may also have rights concerning certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.

During the preceding 12 months, depending on Your interactions with MEDvi and third parties, WhatsGoodApps may have received or processed the following categories of Personal Data:

Identifiers and correspondence: Such as an email address, name, and message voluntarily submitted to customer support;
Internet, device, and application activity: Such as aggregated or limited App usage, installation, deletion, crash, performance, device, operating-system, or diagnostic information provided by Apple, and limited click or conversion information included in affiliate reports;
Commercial information: Such as an offer or product associated with a conversion, transaction type, purchase amount, subscription or rebill status, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and affiliate commission;
Approximate geographic information: Such as city, state or province, postal code, country, or general territory included in Apple or affiliate reporting; and
Professional or legal records: Such as records needed for accounting, tax, compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
WhatsGoodApps does not receive Your locally stored questionnaire answers, selected state, or Favorites. We do not sell those local data elements or disclose them for cross-context behavioral advertising because they do not leave Your device. MEDvi does not contain third-party advertising SDKs.

External providers, sellers, affiliate networks, and websites may independently engage in collection, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling under their own privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled by WhatsGoodApps merely because MEDvi links to them.

To submit an applicable privacy request concerning Personal Data held by WhatsGoodApps, contact Us at support@whatsgoodapps.com. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify Your identity and request. We will not discriminate against You for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Because WhatsGoodApps cannot identify or access locally stored questionnaire answers, selected state, or Favorites, privacy requests submitted to Us cannot be used to access, correct, or delete that local device data. Please use the in-App controls or delete the App.

16.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If applicable, Our legal bases for processing Personal Data may include:

Your consent, such as when You voluntarily contact support or enable an optional feature;
Performance of a contract or steps requested by You;
Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, troubleshooting, improving, and supporting MEDvi; administering affiliate relationships; maintaining business records; and preventing fraud, provided those interests are not overridden by Your rights;
Compliance with legal obligations; and
Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Subject to applicable exceptions, You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy of Personal Data held by Us. Where processing is based on consent, You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

To exercise an applicable right, contact support@whatsgoodapps.com. These rights apply only to Personal Data actually controlled by WhatsGoodApps and do not provide Us with access to locally stored MEDvi data or data controlled exclusively by an external provider, Apple, affiliate network, browser, or other third party.

17. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Apple, Your default browser, healthcare providers, merchants, manufacturers, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, affiliate networks, tracking platforms, payment processors, and other third parties have their own privacy policies and practices. We do not control those practices.

Before submitting Personal Data, health information, identification, insurance information, or payment information to a third party, review that third party’s current privacy policy and terms. Questions or requests concerning information held by a third party should be directed to that third party.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in MEDvi, Our practices, affiliate relationships, legal requirements, or other circumstances. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, We will provide additional notice or request consent.

Your continued use of MEDvi after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law. If You do not agree with an update, discontinue use of MEDvi and use the App’s deletion controls or delete the App.

19. Contact Us
If You have questions about this Privacy Policy, Our privacy practices, or Personal Data actually held by WhatsGoodApps, contact Us at support@whatsgoodapps.com.
