“Content” means any and all information, materials, memories, stories, answers, prompts, text, photographs, images, voice recordings, audio, likeness information, descriptions, chat messages, generated responses, software outputs, AI-generated content, and other materials that Users submit, upload, record, generate, view, receive, or make available through the Services.
Consent
By accessing, utilizing, or visiting the Services, including any content, functionalities, and Services offered, You indicate Your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Our Privacy Policy. Using the App constitutes Your consent to these Terms. If You do not consent, do not use the Services.
Age Requirement
The Services may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms. The Services should not be accessed or used by anyone under 18 years of age.

Nature of the Services
Untangle Grief is designed to provide a private, text-based conversational reflection experience inspired by information You provide about a loved one who has passed away. The Services may allow You to answer questions about Your loved one, upload a photo, record spoken memories or descriptions, and then interact with an AI-generated conversational likeness inspired by that information.
The Services are intended for personal remembrance, reflection, and memorialization. They are not intended to replace human support, professional grief counseling, therapy, mental health treatment, religious guidance, medical care, crisis services, or relationships with family, friends, or other support systems.
AI Likeness and Simulation Disclaimer
The Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate conversational responses based on information You provide. Any conversational likeness generated by the Services is an AI-generated simulation inspired by User-provided information and is not the actual deceased person.
The Services do not recreate, preserve, restore, or contain the consciousness, soul, spirit, thoughts, emotions, memories, intentions, beliefs, or actual identity of any deceased person. Generated responses are not actual communications from the deceased person and should not be treated as such.
You understand and agree that any perceived resemblance to a loved one’s personality, speech, tone, beliefs, memories, or communication style is approximate, simulated, and generated by software. The Services may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, emotionally difficult, or not representative of the person You are remembering.
No Supernatural, Psychic, Mediumship, or Afterlife Claims
The Services do not provide mediumship, psychic services, spiritual communication, paranormal communication, afterlife communication, or communication with spirits. We make no claim that the App allows You to speak with, contact, hear from, receive messages from, or communicate with any deceased person or spiritual entity.
Any conversations generated through the Services are AI-generated outputs based on prompts, User input, and automated systems. They are provided for remembrance and reflective use only.
No Professional, Mental Health, Medical, or Grief Counseling Advice
The Services are not therapy, grief counseling, crisis counseling, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, medical care, psychological advice, spiritual counseling, legal advice, or any other professional service. The Services are not a substitute for a qualified therapist, counselor, physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, clergy member, social worker, crisis counselor, support group, family member, friend, or other source of care or support.
You agree that You will not rely on the Services for diagnosis, treatment, emotional support, crisis intervention, decision-making, mental health guidance, grief counseling, medical guidance, legal guidance, financial guidance, or real-life advice. If You are experiencing grief, distress, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, or any other urgent or serious concern, You should seek help from a qualified professional or emergency service immediately.
Crisis and Self-Harm Disclaimer
The Services are not intended for crisis intervention, suicide prevention, emergency support, or treatment of mental health conditions. If You may be in danger, may hurt Yourself or someone else, or are experiencing a mental health emergency, call emergency services or contact a crisis hotline or qualified professional immediately.
Do not use the Services as Your only source of support during a crisis. The App may not detect emergencies, may respond incorrectly, and may not provide appropriate help.
Emotional Impact and Grief Disclaimer
The Services involve AI-generated conversations inspired by a deceased loved one. This type of experience may be emotionally intense and may trigger grief, sadness, confusion, longing, distress, difficult memories, or other reactions. You are solely responsible for deciding whether the Services are appropriate for You.
If use of the Services causes distress, worsens Your grief, causes anxiety, increases emotional dependence, interferes with daily life, or feels harmful, You should stop using the Services and consider speaking with a trusted person or qualified professional.
No Guarantee of Accuracy, Authenticity, or Comfort
We do not guarantee that any generated likeness, chat response, summary, memory, tone, personality trait, statement, or other output will be accurate, authentic, comforting, helpful, appropriate, complete, or consistent with the deceased person’s actual personality, beliefs, values, memories, style, opinions, or wishes.
AI-generated outputs may hallucinate, fabricate details, misunderstand information, omit relevant context, contradict information You provided, or generate content that feels unlike, inaccurate, or upsetting in relation to the person You are remembering.
User Content: Memories, Photos, Recordings, and Likeness Information
The App may allow You to submit, upload, record, or generate Content, including answers to questions, written memories, biographical information, photos or images of a loved one, spoken recordings, descriptions of the loved one, and text-based conversations. You represent and warrant that You own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit and use any Content through the Services.
You are solely responsible for the Content You provide and for ensuring that Your submission and use of Content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate the rights, privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights, family rights, estate rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
You should not submit Content that You do not have the right to use, including photos, recordings, writings, or private information belonging to someone else without appropriate authorization. You should also avoid submitting highly confidential or sensitive information if You would not want that information processed by the App.
License to Use User Content
You retain any rights You may have in the Content You submit. By submitting Content to the Services, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transmit, display, and create outputs from Your Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Services, including generating and maintaining the conversational likeness, chat responses, memories, profile information, and related App functionality.
This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to Us. However, You are responsible for maintaining any copies of Content that You wish to keep.
Voice Recordings and Audio Content
The App may allow You to record Yourself speaking about a loved one or to submit audio recordings. You represent and warrant that You have all rights and permissions necessary to submit any recording. You should not record or upload audio of another person without their consent or lawful authority.
Recordings may be processed to extract or interpret information about the loved one in order to personalize the conversational likeness. The App is text-based for chat interactions, and any spoken recordings are used to help create or refine the written conversational experience.
Rights of Deceased Individuals and Third Parties
You may not use the Services to exploit, defame, harass, impersonate, deceive others, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse the name, image, likeness, voice, personality, memory, or identity of any deceased person or third party. You may not create a likeness for unlawful, deceptive, malicious, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or commercial purposes.
You may not use the Services to create a likeness of a public figure, celebrity, private individual, or living person in a manner that violates applicable laws or rights, including rights of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or estate-related rights.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit, upload, record, generate, or use the Services in connection with Content that:
Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
Violates any person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, estate, family, or other rights;
Is defamatory, false, deceptive, misleading, harassing, abusive, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or invasive of privacy;
Is intended to impersonate, deceive, manipulate, exploit, or harm any person;
Contains highly sensitive personal information about another person without lawful permission;
Promotes self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, terrorism, or exploitation;
Depicts or sexualizes minors or otherwise harms minors in any manner;
Contains spam, malware, phishing, harmful code, or attempts to bypass security features;
Is used to create public, commercial, or promotional materials without all necessary rights and permissions;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party obligation; or
Attempts to do any of the foregoing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or harmful purposes;
Use the Services to impersonate a living person or to mislead others into believing AI-generated outputs are authentic communications from a deceased person;
Use the Services as a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or professional advice;
Use the Services to create, publish, distribute, or commercialize a likeness without all required rights and permissions;
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms, models, prompts, systems, or data used in the Services;
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Services;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, systems, or networks;
Share Your account or allow others to use Your account; or
Violate these Terms, Our Privacy Policy, applicable laws, or platform rules.
Data Storage, App Deletion, and Loss of Content
The Services may store data, including memories, answers, profile information, photos, recordings, transcripts, chat history, generated responses, and other Content or outputs, locally on Your device and/or in connection with the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that all data is lost if You delete the App. If the App is deleted, Your device is changed, access is lost, data is deleted, phone data is lost or corrupted, or local or associated storage is cleared, Your Content, memories, recordings, photos, profile information, chat history, generated outputs, and other App data may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, preservation, or recoverability of any Content or outputs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining separate copies of any Content, memories, photos, recordings, conversations, or outputs You wish to preserve.
Data and Processing Flexibility
You acknowledge and agree that We may process, store, analyze, and use interactions, recordings, memories, photos, profile information, usage data, and other Content to operate, maintain, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
If Our Privacy Policy states that anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve the Services, You acknowledge that such data may be used for analytics, testing, model improvement, product development, and Service improvement, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Responsible Use
You are solely responsible for Your use of the Services. Because the Services involve grief, remembrance, and emotionally sensitive experiences, You agree to use the Services in a balanced and responsible manner. Excessive or emotionally dependent use may impact Your well-being. If use of the Services feels harmful, distressing, or overwhelming, You should discontinue use and seek appropriate support.
Platform Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines of any platform through which the Services are distributed, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Any use of the Services in violation of such platform rules may result in suspension or termination of Your access.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your access to the Services, including any paid subscriptions, if You violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create potential liability for Us, or engage in activity that We determine is harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds will be issued in connection with such terminations.
License
Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that We have no obligation to provide support or assistance related to the Services.
Except for Content uploaded or submitted by You, all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, features, functionality, and other materials, are owned by Us or Our licensors. These Terms do not grant You any rights, title, or interest in or to Our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Feedback
If You provide Us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations concerning the Services, You assign to Us all rights, titles, and interests in and to such feedback, and consent to Our unrestricted right to use and exploit such feedback without restriction or compensation. We may treat feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, store, and disclose information in connection with the Services. By using the Services, You agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Commercial Use
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial remembrance and reflection. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, commercialize, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or generated outputs for any commercial purpose without Our prior written consent and without all necessary rights and permissions relating to any Content, likeness, photo, recording, or memory involved.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of the Services is at Your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the Services and Your use of them, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet Your expectations, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or will generate accurate, authentic, comforting, complete, appropriate, or consistent outputs. We do not guarantee the preservation, availability, or recoverability of any Content, memories, recordings, photos, chat history, generated outputs, or other App data.
We are not responsible for AI-generated outputs, inaccurate likenesses, emotionally distressing outputs, grief reactions, hallucinations, inconsistent responses, data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access, third-party conduct, or decisions You make based on the Services.
Limitation on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We and Our suppliers shall not be liable to You or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, or other damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, grief reactions, reputational harm, loss of memories, loss of Content, loss of chat history, costs of substitute services, or any damages arising from or related to these Terms or Your use of the Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your access to and use of the Services are at Your own discretion and risk, and You bear sole responsibility for any damage to Your device, loss of data, emotional impact, or other outcome resulting from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by You to Us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising, or the sum of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). The existence of multiple claims shall not enlarge this limit.
Advertisements
We may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. Your interactions with these ads or any linked apps or websites are solely between You and the third party. We do not control or endorse any third-party advertising and are not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of Your dealings with advertisers.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us, Our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, licensors, and service providers harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, judgment, settlement, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party arising out of or relating to: (1) Your Content; (2) Your use of the Services; (3) Your violation of these Terms; (4) Your violation of applicable laws or regulations; (5) Your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, estate, family, or contractual rights; (6) Your submission or use of a photo, recording, memory, likeness, name, identity, or other information without necessary rights or permissions; or (7) any harmful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, exploitative, commercial, or unlawful use of the Services.
We reserve the right, at Your cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are obligated to indemnify Us. You agree to cooperate with Our defense of such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify You promptly upon becoming aware of any claim, action, or proceeding that falls under this indemnification provision.
Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect Users to do the same. If You believe that material available through the Services infringes Your copyright, please provide Us with a written notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) containing:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it;
Your address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that You have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification may subject the complaining party to liability for damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.
Disputes With Other Users or Third Parties
You are solely responsible for Your own Content and use of the Services. We do not control, verify, or guarantee User Content or AI-generated outputs. If a dispute arises between You and any other person, including family members, estate representatives, rights holders, or other third parties, You agree that We are not obligated to intervene.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release Us and Our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, damages, obligations, or liabilities arising from or relating to disputes involving Your Content, likeness use, memories, recordings, photos, generated outputs, or use of the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Updates to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the App or otherwise making it available. We encourage You to periodically review these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after changes are posted, You acknowledge and agree to the updated Terms.

You may not create a likeness for unlawful, deceptive, malicious, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or commercial purposes.
You may not use the Services to create a likeness of a public figure, celebrity, private individual, or living person in a manner that violates applicable laws or rights, including rights of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or estate-related rights.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit, upload, record, generate, or use the Services in connection with Content that:
Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
Violates any person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, estate, family, or other rights;
Is defamatory, false, deceptive, misleading, harassing, abusive, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or invasive of privacy;
Is intended to impersonate, deceive, manipulate, exploit, or harm any person;
Contains highly sensitive personal information about another person without lawful permission;
Promotes self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, terrorism, or exploitation;
Depicts or sexualizes minors or otherwise harms minors in any manner;
Contains spam, malware, phishing, harmful code, or attempts to bypass security features;
Is used to create public, commercial, or promotional materials without all necessary rights and permissions;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party obligation; or
Attempts to do any of the foregoing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or harmful purposes;
Use the Services to impersonate a living person or to mislead others into believing AI-generated outputs are authentic communications from a deceased person;
Use the Services as a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or professional advice;
Use the Services to create, publish, distribute, or commercialize a likeness without all required rights and permissions;
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms, models, prompts, systems, or data used in the Services;
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Services;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, systems, or networks;
Share Your account or allow others to use Your account; or
Violate these Terms, Our Privacy Policy, applicable laws, or platform rules.
Data Storage, App Deletion, and Loss of Content
The Services may store data, including memories, answers, profile information, photos, recordings, transcripts, chat history, generated responses, and other Content or outputs, locally on Your device and/or in connection with the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that all data is lost if You delete the App. If the App is deleted, Your device is changed, access is lost, data is deleted, phone data is lost or corrupted, or local or associated storage is cleared, Your Content, memories, recordings, photos, profile information, chat history, generated outputs, and other App data may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, preservation, or recoverability of any Content or outputs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining separate copies of any Content, memories, photos, recordings, conversations, or outputs You wish to preserve.
Data and Processing Flexibility
You acknowledge and agree that We may process, store, analyze, and use interactions, recordings, memories, photos, profile information, usage data, and other Content to operate, maintain, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
If Our Privacy Policy states that anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve the Services, You acknowledge that such data may be used for analytics, testing, model improvement, product development, and Service improvement, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Responsible Use
You are solely responsible for Your use of the Services. Because the Services involve grief, remembrance, and emotionally sensitive experiences, You agree to use the Services in a balanced and responsible manner. Excessive or emotionally dependent use may impact Your well-being. If use of the Services feels harmful, distressing, or overwhelming, You should discontinue use and seek appropriate support.
Platform Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines of any platform through which the Services are distributed, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Any use of the Services in violation of such platform rules may result in suspension or termination of Your access.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your access to the Services, including any paid subscriptions, if You violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create potential liability for Us, or engage in activity that We determine is harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds will be issued in connection with such terminations.
License
Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that We have no obligation to provide support or assistance related to the Services.
Except for Content uploaded or submitted by You, all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, features, functionality, and other materials, are owned by Us or Our licensors. These Terms do not grant You any rights, title, or interest in or to Our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Feedback
If You provide Us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations concerning the Services, You assign to Us all rights, titles, and interests in and to such feedback, and consent to Our unrestricted right to use and exploit such feedback without restriction or compensation. We may treat feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, store, and disclose information in connection with the Services. By using the Services, You agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Commercial Use
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial remembrance and reflection. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, commercialize, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or generated outputs for any commercial purpose without Our prior written consent and without all necessary rights and permissions relating to any Content, likeness, photo, recording, or memory involved.

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of the Services is at Your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the Services and Your use of them, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet Your expectations, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or will generate accurate, authentic, comforting, complete, appropriate, or consistent outputs. We do not guarantee the preservation, availability, or recoverability of any Content, memories, recordings, photos, chat history, generated outputs, or other App data.
We are not responsible for AI-generated outputs, inaccurate likenesses, emotionally distressing outputs, grief reactions, hallucinations, inconsistent responses, data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access, third-party conduct, or decisions You make based on the Services.
Limitation on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We and Our suppliers shall not be liable to You or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, or other damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, grief reactions, reputational harm, loss of memories, loss of Content, loss of chat history, costs of substitute services, or any damages arising from or related to these Terms or Your use of the Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your access to and use of the Services are at Your own discretion and risk, and You bear sole responsibility for any damage to Your device, loss of data, emotional impact, or other outcome resulting from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by You to Us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising, or the sum of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). The existence of multiple claims shall not enlarge this limit.
Advertisements
We may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. Your interactions with these ads or any linked apps or websites are solely between You and the third party. We do not control or endorse any third-party advertising and are not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of Your dealings with advertisers.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us, Our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, licensors, and service providers harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, judgment, settlement, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party arising out of or relating to: (1) Your Content; (2) Your use of the Services; (3) Your violation of these Terms; (4) Your violation of applicable laws or regulations; (5) Your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, estate, family, or contractual rights; (6) Your submission or use of a photo, recording, memory, likeness, name, identity, or other information without necessary rights or permissions; or (7) any harmful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, exploitative, commercial, or unlawful use of the Services.
We reserve the right, at Your cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are obligated to indemnify Us. You agree to cooperate with Our defense of such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify You promptly upon becoming aware of any claim, action, or proceeding that falls under this indemnification provision.
Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect Users to do the same. If You believe that material available through the Services infringes Your copyright, please provide Us with a written notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) containing:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it;
Your address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that You have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification may subject the complaining party to liability for damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.
Disputes With Other Users or Third Parties
You are solely responsible for Your own Content and use of the Services. We do not control, verify, or guarantee User Content or AI-generated outputs. If a dispute arises between You and any other person, including family members, estate representatives, rights holders, or other third parties, You agree that We are not obligated to intervene.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release Us and Our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, damages, obligations, or liabilities arising from or relating to disputes involving Your Content, likeness use, memories, recordings, photos, generated outputs, or use of the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Updates to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the App or otherwise making it available. We encourage You to periodically review these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after changes are posted, You acknowledge and agree to the updated Terms.
