These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TV Show List mobile application (“App”) provided by WhatsGoodApps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
TV Show List helps users track television shows, view episode schedules, receive notifications about upcoming episodes, and manage personal watch lists.
The App provides informational content only and does not stream, host, distribute, or provide access to television programming.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
The App may allow you to create an account or use Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscription options may include:

TV Lover
TV Superfan
Subscription pricing is displayed within the App and may change from time to time.
5. Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
6. Free Features
We may offer a limited free version of the App.
Free features and limitations may change at any time without notice.
7. Notifications
The App may send push notifications regarding:
Upcoming episodes
Season premieres
Schedule updates
Other App-related information
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any notification.
8. Content Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate television schedules and episode information, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Television networks, streaming services, and content providers may change schedules without notice.
The App is provided for informational purposes only.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, functionality, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by WhatsGoodApps LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy the App
Reverse engineer the App
Modify the App
Redistribute the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
without our written permission.
10. Third-Party Content
The App may utilize television metadata and information obtained from third-party providers.
All trademarks, show titles, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of such content does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSGOODAPPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSGOODAPPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:
You violate these Terms
We discontinue the App
Required by law
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
