The Service may generate outputs based on Your User Content, including paparazzi-style flash effects, cinematic lighting, AI-generated photo enhancements, modified backgrounds, environmental effects, stylized images, before-and-after results, saved exports, history records, and other generated outputs. These generated results may be stored to provide Your history, allow You to view prior creations, support unlocks and App functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the Service.
Generated results may include synthetic or AI-created visual elements. These outputs are intended as stylized, entertainment-oriented photo transformations and do not represent actual media coverage, real paparazzi photography, real celebrity status, real events, endorsements, affiliations, or factual news imagery.
2.1.4 AI Environmental Enhancements
The Service may offer optional AI environmental enhancements that modify or add visual atmosphere, background details, lighting, reflections, event-style elements, or other generated visual effects. These enhancements may alter the appearance of a submitted photo and may create fictional, synthetic, or stylized visual elements.
AI-generated environmental enhancements may not be realistic, accurate, complete, or free from visual artifacts. The final result may vary depending on image quality, photo composition, lighting, pose, background, device capabilities, selected style, and other factors.
2.1.5 App Permissions
The Service may request access to certain device features, such as camera access, photo library access, notifications, local storage, or other permissions, only as needed to provide App functionality. You may be able to manage App permissions through Your device settings.
2.2 Use of Your Personal Data

We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including usage patterns, style selections, generated output characteristics, technical performance data, error data, and related App activity, to improve, train, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms, models, image-processing systems, and Services. Flash Filter processes photos and images to create visual effects and photo transformations. The App is not intended to identify You or any other person, verify identity, authenticate account access, match faces against databases, perform surveillance, or perform biometric identification.
The App may analyze visible image features such as lighting, framing, background, face or subject position, image quality, and visual composition solely to generate photo effects and visual transformations. This processing is not intended to create, collect, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification, authentication, surveillance, tracking, security, or law enforcement purposes.

You are also responsible for how You save, export, publish, post, distribute, or otherwise share AI-generated outputs. You should not use generated images in a deceptive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized manner, including by implying that fictional or stylized paparazzi-style imagery is authentic journalism, actual media coverage, a real event, a real endorsement, or factual news imagery.
2.7 Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
User Content, uploaded photos, images, generated photo transformations, flash effects, environmental enhancements, saved outputs, history records, Flash Points, badges, unlock progress, subscription status, purchase validation information, and related App activity may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, validate purchases and entitlements, support unlocks, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies.
Uploaded photos, generated outputs, and creation history may be stored persistently for use within the App and history feature, but may be deleted or become unavailable if You delete the App, change devices, clear App data, lose device data, delete Your account if account functionality is offered, or if storage is otherwise removed or unavailable. Deletion may be subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any uploaded photos, generated outputs, history, Flash Points, badges, unlock progress, or other content.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, model training, algorithm improvement, image-processing improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.

You should not use generated images in a deceptive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized manner, including by implying that fictional or stylized paparazzi-style imagery is authentic journalism, actual media coverage, a real event, a real endorsement, or factual news imagery.
2.7 Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
User Content, uploaded photos, images, generated photo transformations, flash effects, environmental enhancements, saved outputs, history records, Flash Points, badges, unlock progress, subscription status, purchase validation information, and related App activity may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, validate purchases and entitlements, support unlocks, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies.
Uploaded photos, generated outputs, and creation history may be stored persistently for use within the App and history feature, but may be deleted or become unavailable if You delete the App, change devices, clear App data, lose device data, delete Your account if account functionality is offered, or if storage is otherwise removed or unavailable. Deletion may be subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any uploaded photos, generated outputs, history, Flash Points, badges, unlock progress, or other content.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, model training, algorithm improvement, image-processing improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.
