Applicability: This Policy applies to Personal Data that WhatsGoodApps collects, uses, and discloses in connection with Stealthwriter Ai, including: (i) data collected through the Services; (ii) pasted text, uploaded PDF files, uploaded DOCX files, uploaded TXT files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected rewrite modes, tone preferences, document titles, filenames, formatting information, and other user-submitted content; (iii) rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, export-ready content, exported PDF files, exported DOCX files, exported TXT files, rewrite history records, saved documents, and other outputs generated by the App; (iv) data processed by third-party service providers, including Google LLC through Google Gemini (“Google Gemini” or “Google”) and OpenAI, LLC (“OpenAI”), as described in this Policy; (v) data collected through improving, testing, and enhancing the App, including through anonymized and/or aggregated data as described in this Policy; (vi) data collected from customer support communications; and (vii) data collected from third-party sources where applicable. When You make purchases, We use third-party payment processors to collect credit card or other financial information. WhatsGoodApps does not store the credit card or payment information You provide, only confirmation that payment was made.
Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational requirements, Our practices, and other factors. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. If any changes are unacceptable to You, You should cease using the Services. 2.1.2 Text, Documents, and User Content
The Service may allow You to paste text, enter prompts, choose rewrite styles or tone settings, upload documents, import files, save rewrite history, export results, or otherwise submit information through the App. Such pasted text, uploaded files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected styles, tone preferences, saved documents, exported files, and related materials are referred to in this Policy as “User Content.”
User Content may include original drafts, AI-generated drafts, essays, articles, reports, emails, captions, product descriptions, app descriptions, business documents, school-related documents, personal messages, website copy, TXT files, DOCX files, PDF files, extracted text, filenames, document titles, formatting information, rewrite settings, and any other information You choose to enter, upload, import, save, export, or submit through the App.
We collect and process User Content to provide the core functionality of the Service, including importing files, extracting text, rewriting text, humanizing text, editing text, polishing drafts, adjusting tone, shortening or expanding content, simplifying content, generating alternative versions, saving history, displaying previous results, creating export-ready content, exporting files, troubleshooting issues, maintaining the App, and improving the Services as described in this Policy.
User Content may be stored persistently within or in connection with the App so that You can access rewrite history, saved documents, original inputs, rewritten outputs, export records, and related App results. User Content is intended to be deleted upon deletion of the App, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, account settings, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy.
2.1.3 Uploaded PDF, DOCX, and TXT Files
The Service may allow You to upload, import, or select PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported files from Your device, cloud storage, file picker, or other source made available through Your device or operating system. The App may request access to files or document picker functionality only to allow You to select and submit files for the features You request.
When You upload or import a document, the App may extract text, formatting information, titles, filenames, metadata, page content, paragraph structure, headings, lists, and other document elements as reasonably necessary to provide rewriting, humanizing, editing, preview, history, and export functionality.
Document extraction may not be perfect. PDF files containing scans, images, columns, tables, headers, footers, footnotes, unusual formatting, embedded objects, handwritten text, or complex layouts may extract incorrectly or incompletely. DOCX formatting may not be fully preserved. TXT files may not include rich formatting. You are responsible for reviewing extracted text, rewritten content, and exported files before relying on, submitting, publishing, or sharing them.
2.1.4 AI Rewriting, Humanizing, Editing, and Generated Outputs
The Service may generate outputs based on Your User Content, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, polished drafts, tone-adjusted versions, shortened versions, expanded versions, simplified versions, alternative rewrites, summaries, formatting suggestions, export-ready content, and history records. These generated results may be stored to provide Your history, allow You to view prior rewrites, improve the user experience, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the Service.
Generated outputs are created through automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated outputs before using, submitting, publishing, exporting, or sharing them.
2.1.5 Exported PDF, DOCX, and TXT Files
The Service may allow You to export rewritten or edited content as PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported formats. Exported files may contain original User Content, rewritten User Content, generated outputs, document titles, filenames, formatting, and other information You choose to include or that is necessary to provide the export feature.
Exported files may be generated locally on Your device, temporarily processed through Our systems, or processed through service providers depending on App functionality and technical requirements. Once You save, download, share, send, upload, or otherwise transmit an exported file outside the App, the privacy practices and security controls of the destination, platform, recipient, storage provider, or sharing service may apply.
Exported files may not perfectly preserve original formatting, fonts, spacing, page breaks, tables, images, headers, footers, footnotes, comments, tracked changes, or layout. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before submitting, publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
2.1.6 Sensitive, Confidential, Academic, Business, Legal, or Third-Party Content
User Content may include sensitive, confidential, proprietary, regulated, academic, business, legal, personal, or third-party information depending on what You choose to submit. You should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or third-party content unless You have the legal right and authority to do so and are comfortable with such content being processed, transmitted, stored, and used as described in this Policy.
You are responsible for complying with applicable school, workplace, platform, contractual, professional, confidentiality, disclosure, and third-party rules when submitting, rewriting, exporting, sharing, or otherwise using User Content and generated outputs.
2.1.7 Data Sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Other AI Service Providers for AI Processing
Stealthwriter Ai may use Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google LLC, OpenAI, LLC, or another AI service provider to help process User Content and generate App results. When You choose to paste text, upload a document, enter rewrite instructions, select a tone or style, or request AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, or related functionality, the App may send the following information to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for processing:
The pasted text, uploaded document content, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tone, selected rewrite mode, document text, or other writing-related information You submit for processing;
Related request data, such as the App’s instructions or prompts asking Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider to rewrite, humanize, edit, polish, simplify, shorten, expand, summarize, format, or otherwise process content;
App-generated context needed to provide the requested functionality, such as selected output format, requested tone, rewrite style, character or word limits, document type, and relevant formatting context;
Technical request information reasonably necessary to transmit, process, secure, troubleshoot, and return the generated results, which may include device, network, or request metadata; and
The generated outputs returned from Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, such as rewritten text, edited text, humanized text, summaries, suggestions, or export-ready content.
We do not use Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers to identify You, authenticate Your identity, or make legal, academic, employment, disciplinary, admissions, financial, or other high-impact decisions about You.
The App may present an in-app disclosure and permission request before sending certain User Content or related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for AI processing. If You do not give any required permission, Your submitted information will not be sent to that provider for that request, and the App may be unable to generate the requested AI-powered results.
2.2 Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, operate, and improve Our Service.
To manage Your account, if accounts are offered or required.
To perform contracts with You, including purchases, subscriptions, free trials, or other transactions through the Service.
To contact You by email, telephone, SMS, push notification, or other equivalent communication regarding updates, security, functionality, purchases, subscriptions, account matters, or requested services.

To export results as PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported formats.
To copy, save, share, display, or manage rewritten results, where requested or supported by the App.
To maintain Your rewrite history, saved documents, original inputs, generated outputs, export records, and related history features, where applicable.
To send User Content and related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, with any required in-app permission, for the purpose of generating the AI-powered results You request.
To receive and display AI-generated outputs from Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, suggestions, and related outputs.
To use anonymized and/or aggregated data to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our App, algorithms, user experience, and Services, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
To identify usage trends, evaluate promotions, improve the Service, and improve Your experience.
To protect the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the Services.
To prevent misuse, investigate violations, enforce Our terms and policies, and comply with applicable law.
2.3 AI, Automated Processing, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anonymized Improvement Data
The Service may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, document processing tools, file conversion tools, or other automated technologies, including services provided by Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers, to process User Content and generate outputs, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, polished drafts, summaries, formatting suggestions, export-ready content, and history records.
Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may process the data We send to it as a service provider for the purpose of generating the requested App results. Where provider settings or agreements allow customer control over model training or improvement using identifiable User Content, WhatsGoodApps does not opt in to allow identifiable Stealthwriter Ai User Content to be used to train or improve third-party AI models.
Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may process and retain API data, logs, and related information as described in its applicable business, API, security, and privacy terms and policies, including for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, and service operation. We require service providers that process Personal Data on Our behalf to provide protections for Personal Data that are the same as or equal to those required by this Policy and applicable law.
We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including usage patterns, rewrite settings, feature usage, technical performance data, error data, and related outputs, to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms and Services. Such anonymized or aggregated data is intended not to identify You personally.
The Service does not use User Content to identify individuals, authenticate identity, or make legal, academic, employment, disciplinary, admissions, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
2.4 Notifications
The Service may request permission to send push notifications or similar alerts. If You enable notifications, We may use them to send account-related notices, subscription-related notices, feature updates, saved-document reminders, export-related notifications, customer support messages, security notices, or other App-related communications.
Notification features may use notification tokens, device information, delivery status, user preferences, and related metadata to schedule or send notifications. You may manage or disable notifications through Your device settings or, where available, through the App’s settings. If You disable notifications, some notification features may not function as intended.
2.5 Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
With Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers for AI processing: With any required in-app permission, We may share User Content, including pasted text, uploaded document content, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tone or style, related request data, prompts/instructions, App-generated context, technical request information, and generated outputs with Google Gemini, OpenAI, LLC, or another AI service provider to provide AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, formatting, summarizing, and related App functionality. These providers process this data as third-party AI service providers to provide the requested Service functionality.
With service providers, third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners: We may share Your Personal Data with these parties to provide services on Our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, subscription management, AI, machine learning, document processing, file conversion, export generation, push notification delivery, monitoring, and analyzing use of the Services. These providers are required to protect Personal Data with the same or equal protection required by this Policy and applicable law.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction.
With Your consent: We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent.

You should only upload, paste, import, rewrite, export, share, or submit content that You have the legal right and permission to use. You are responsible for the User Content You submit through the Service and for how You use any generated outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs and exported files before using, submitting, publishing, distributing, or relying on them. You are also responsible for complying with applicable school, workplace, platform, contractual, professional, confidentiality, disclosure, and third-party rules when using the Service.
2.7 In-App Permission Before Third-Party AI Processing
Before the App sends certain User Content or related Personal Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for AI-powered processing, the App may present an in-app disclosure explaining that data will be sent to the provider, identifying the types of data sent, and requesting Your permission where required. You may decline the permission request. If You decline, the App will not send that User Content and related request data to that provider for processing, but certain AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, or export-related features may not be available.
2.8 Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
User Content, pasted text, uploaded PDF files, uploaded DOCX files, uploaded TXT files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tones or styles, rewritten outputs, export-ready content, exported files, rewrite history, saved documents, account data, purchase confirmation data, support messages, and related outputs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and enforce Our agreements and policies.
User Content may be stored persistently for use within the App and history features, but is intended to be deleted upon deletion of the App, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, account settings, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any uploaded files, pasted text, rewritten outputs, export files, history, saved documents, or other content.
Data sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may be processed and retained by that provider in accordance with its applicable business/API terms, data processing terms, security practices, privacy policies, and retention policies, including for service operation, security, abuse monitoring, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Where provider settings or agreements allow customer control over model training or improvement using identifiable User Content, WhatsGoodApps does not opt in to allow identifiable Stealthwriter Ai User Content to be used to train or improve third-party AI models.
Exported documents may remain wherever You save, download, upload, send, or share them outside the App. We do not control third-party recipients, storage providers, sharing services, or platforms after You export or share a file outside the App.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, algorithm improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.
2.9 Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices, by Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other service providers, and in other places where the parties involved in processing are located. This means information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside Your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information and any required in-app permission represents Your agreement to that transfer.

We may disclose Personal Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other service providers for the business purposes described in this Policy. Google, OpenAI, and other service providers process Personal Data on Our behalf and are required to provide the same or equal protection for Personal Data as required by this Policy and applicable law.
6.2.3 Your Rights and Choices
California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and receive information about collection, use, disclosure, sharing, or sale of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

2.1.2 Text, Documents, and User Content
The Service may allow You to paste text, enter prompts, choose rewrite styles or tone settings, upload documents, import files, save rewrite history, export results, or otherwise submit information through the App. Such pasted text, uploaded files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected styles, tone preferences, saved documents, exported files, and related materials are referred to in this Policy as “User Content.”
User Content may include original drafts, AI-generated drafts, essays, articles, reports, emails, captions, product descriptions, app descriptions, business documents, school-related documents, personal messages, website copy, TXT files, DOCX files, PDF files, extracted text, filenames, document titles, formatting information, rewrite settings, and any other information You choose to enter, upload, import, save, export, or submit through the App.
We collect and process User Content to provide the core functionality of the Service, including importing files, extracting text, rewriting text, humanizing text, editing text, polishing drafts, adjusting tone, shortening or expanding content, simplifying content, generating alternative versions, saving history, displaying previous results, creating export-ready content, exporting files, troubleshooting issues, maintaining the App, and improving the Services as described in this Policy.
User Content may be stored persistently within or in connection with the App so that You can access rewrite history, saved documents, original inputs, rewritten outputs, export records, and related App results. User Content is intended to be deleted upon deletion of the App, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, account settings, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy.
2.1.3 Uploaded PDF, DOCX, and TXT Files
The Service may allow You to upload, import, or select PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported files from Your device, cloud storage, file picker, or other source made available through Your device or operating system. The App may request access to files or document picker functionality only to allow You to select and submit files for the features You request.
When You upload or import a document, the App may extract text, formatting information, titles, filenames, metadata, page content, paragraph structure, headings, lists, and other document elements as reasonably necessary to provide rewriting, humanizing, editing, preview, history, and export functionality.
Document extraction may not be perfect. PDF files containing scans, images, columns, tables, headers, footers, footnotes, unusual formatting, embedded objects, handwritten text, or complex layouts may extract incorrectly or incompletely. DOCX formatting may not be fully preserved. TXT files may not include rich formatting. You are responsible for reviewing extracted text, rewritten content, and exported files before relying on, submitting, publishing, or sharing them.
2.1.4 AI Rewriting, Humanizing, Editing, and Generated Outputs
The Service may generate outputs based on Your User Content, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, polished drafts, tone-adjusted versions, shortened versions, expanded versions, simplified versions, alternative rewrites, summaries, formatting suggestions, export-ready content, and history records. These generated results may be stored to provide Your history, allow You to view prior rewrites, improve the user experience, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the Service.
Generated outputs are created through automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated outputs before using, submitting, publishing, exporting, or sharing them.
2.1.5 Exported PDF, DOCX, and TXT Files
The Service may allow You to export rewritten or edited content as PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported formats. Exported files may contain original User Content, rewritten User Content, generated outputs, document titles, filenames, formatting, and other information You choose to include or that is necessary to provide the export feature.
Exported files may be generated locally on Your device, temporarily processed through Our systems, or processed through service providers depending on App functionality and technical requirements. Once You save, download, share, send, upload, or otherwise transmit an exported file outside the App, the privacy practices and security controls of the destination, platform, recipient, storage provider, or sharing service may apply.
Exported files may not perfectly preserve original formatting, fonts, spacing, page breaks, tables, images, headers, footers, footnotes, comments, tracked changes, or layout. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before submitting, publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
2.1.6 Sensitive, Confidential, Academic, Business, Legal, or Third-Party Content
User Content may include sensitive, confidential, proprietary, regulated, academic, business, legal, personal, or third-party information depending on what You choose to submit. You should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or third-party content unless You have the legal right and authority to do so and are comfortable with such content being processed, transmitted, stored, and used as described in this Policy.
You are responsible for complying with applicable school, workplace, platform, contractual, professional, confidentiality, disclosure, and third-party rules when submitting, rewriting, exporting, sharing, or otherwise using User Content and generated outputs.
2.1.7 Data Sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Other AI Service Providers for AI Processing
Stealthwriter Ai may use Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google LLC, OpenAI, LLC, or another AI service provider to help process User Content and generate App results. When You choose to paste text, upload a document, enter rewrite instructions, select a tone or style, or request AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, or related functionality, the App may send the following information to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for processing:
The pasted text, uploaded document content, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tone, selected rewrite mode, document text, or other writing-related information You submit for processing;
Related request data, such as the App’s instructions or prompts asking Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider to rewrite, humanize, edit, polish, simplify, shorten, expand, summarize, format, or otherwise process content;
App-generated context needed to provide the requested functionality, such as selected output format, requested tone, rewrite style, character or word limits, document type, and relevant formatting context;
Technical request information reasonably necessary to transmit, process, secure, troubleshoot, and return the generated results, which may include device, network, or request metadata; and
The generated outputs returned from Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, such as rewritten text, edited text, humanized text, summaries, suggestions, or export-ready content.
We do not use Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers to identify You, authenticate Your identity, or make legal, academic, employment, disciplinary, admissions, financial, or other high-impact decisions about You.
The App may present an in-app disclosure and permission request before sending certain User Content or related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for AI processing. If You do not give any required permission, Your submitted information will not be sent to that provider for that request, and the App may be unable to generate the requested AI-powered results.
2.2 Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, operate, and improve Our Service.
To manage Your account, if accounts are offered or required.
To perform contracts with You, including purchases, subscriptions, free trials, or other transactions through the Service.
To contact You by email, telephone, SMS, push notification, or other equivalent communication regarding updates, security, functionality, purchases, subscriptions, account matters, or requested services.
To provide news, offers, or general information about goods or services similar to those You have purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted out.
To manage Your requests and respond to customer support inquiries.
For business transfers, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, restructurings, financing, or similar transactions.
To process pasted text, uploaded documents, imported files, extracted text, prompts, rewrite instructions, and selected rewrite settings.
To extract text from PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported files.
To rewrite, humanize, edit, polish, simplify, shorten, expand, summarize, adjust tone, format, or otherwise transform content as requested by You.
To generate AI-powered writing outputs, rewrite results, alternative versions, suggestions, and export-ready content.
To export results as PDF, DOCX, TXT, or other supported formats.
To copy, save, share, display, or manage rewritten results, where requested or supported by the App.
To maintain Your rewrite history, saved documents, original inputs, generated outputs, export records, and related history features, where applicable.
To send User Content and related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, with any required in-app permission, for the purpose of generating the AI-powered results You request.
To receive and display AI-generated outputs from Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, suggestions, and related outputs.
To use anonymized and/or aggregated data to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our App, algorithms, user experience, and Services, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
To identify usage trends, evaluate promotions, improve the Service, and improve Your experience.
To protect the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the Services.
To prevent misuse, investigate violations, enforce Our terms and policies, and comply with applicable law.
2.3 AI, Automated Processing, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anonymized Improvement Data
The Service may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, document processing tools, file conversion tools, or other automated technologies, including services provided by Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers, to process User Content and generate outputs, including rewritten text, humanized text, edited text, polished drafts, summaries, formatting suggestions, export-ready content, and history records.
Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may process the data We send to it as a service provider for the purpose of generating the requested App results. Where provider settings or agreements allow customer control over model training or improvement using identifiable User Content, WhatsGoodApps does not opt in to allow identifiable Stealthwriter Ai User Content to be used to train or improve third-party AI models.
Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may process and retain API data, logs, and related information as described in its applicable business, API, security, and privacy terms and policies, including for security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, and service operation. We require service providers that process Personal Data on Our behalf to provide protections for Personal Data that are the same as or equal to those required by this Policy and applicable law.
We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including usage patterns, rewrite settings, feature usage, technical performance data, error data, and related outputs, to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms and Services. Such anonymized or aggregated data is intended not to identify You personally.
The Service does not use User Content to identify individuals, authenticate identity, or make legal, academic, employment, disciplinary, admissions, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
2.4 Notifications
The Service may request permission to send push notifications or similar alerts. If You enable notifications, We may use them to send account-related notices, subscription-related notices, feature updates, saved-document reminders, export-related notifications, customer support messages, security notices, or other App-related communications.
Notification features may use notification tokens, device information, delivery status, user preferences, and related metadata to schedule or send notifications. You may manage or disable notifications through Your device settings or, where available, through the App’s settings. If You disable notifications, some notification features may not function as intended.
2.5 Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
With Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other AI service providers for AI processing: With any required in-app permission, We may share User Content, including pasted text, uploaded document content, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tone or style, related request data, prompts/instructions, App-generated context, technical request information, and generated outputs with Google Gemini, OpenAI, LLC, or another AI service provider to provide AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, formatting, summarizing, and related App functionality. These providers process this data as third-party AI service providers to provide the requested Service functionality.
With service providers, third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners: We may share Your Personal Data with these parties to provide services on Our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, subscription management, AI, machine learning, document processing, file conversion, export generation, push notification delivery, monitoring, and analyzing use of the Services. These providers are required to protect Personal Data with the same or equal protection required by this Policy and applicable law.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction.
With Your consent: We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent.
With law enforcement: We may disclose Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. To the extent We receive a law enforcement request for Your Personal Data, We will promptly notify You and provide a copy of the request unless legally prohibited.
For legal, safety, and security purposes: We may share information to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, protect personal safety, protect against legal liability, prevent misuse of the Services, and enforce Our terms and policies.
2.6 User Content Responsibility
You should only upload, paste, import, rewrite, export, share, or submit content that You have the legal right and permission to use. You are responsible for the User Content You submit through the Service and for how You use any generated outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs and exported files before using, submitting, publishing, distributing, or relying on them. You are also responsible for complying with applicable school, workplace, platform, contractual, professional, confidentiality, disclosure, and third-party rules when using the Service.
2.7 In-App Permission Before Third-Party AI Processing
Before the App sends certain User Content or related Personal Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider for AI-powered processing, the App may present an in-app disclosure explaining that data will be sent to the provider, identifying the types of data sent, and requesting Your permission where required. You may decline the permission request. If You decline, the App will not send that User Content and related request data to that provider for processing, but certain AI-powered rewriting, humanizing, editing, or export-related features may not be available.
2.8 Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
User Content, pasted text, uploaded PDF files, uploaded DOCX files, uploaded TXT files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected tones or styles, rewritten outputs, export-ready content, exported files, rewrite history, saved documents, account data, purchase confirmation data, support messages, and related outputs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and enforce Our agreements and policies.
User Content may be stored persistently for use within the App and history features, but is intended to be deleted upon deletion of the App, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, account settings, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any uploaded files, pasted text, rewritten outputs, export files, history, saved documents, or other content.
Data sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider may be processed and retained by that provider in accordance with its applicable business/API terms, data processing terms, security practices, privacy policies, and retention policies, including for service operation, security, abuse monitoring, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Where provider settings or agreements allow customer control over model training or improvement using identifiable User Content, WhatsGoodApps does not opt in to allow identifiable Stealthwriter Ai User Content to be used to train or improve third-party AI models.
Exported documents may remain wherever You save, download, upload, send, or share them outside the App. We do not control third-party recipients, storage providers, sharing services, or platforms after You export or share a file outside the App.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, algorithm improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.
2.9 Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices, by Google Gemini, OpenAI, or other service providers, and in other places where the parties involved in processing are located. This means information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside Your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information and any required in-app permission represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place.
2.10 Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, We cannot guarantee absolute security.
3. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected personal information from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information, and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent’s consent before We collect and use that information.

Our Service may contain links to other apps or websites that are not operated by Us. If You click a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s app or website. We strongly advise You to review the privacy policy of every app and website You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party apps, websites, or services.

6. Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Certain Regions
6.1 Europe
If You are located in the European Economic Area (the EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (the UK), Our legal basis for collecting and using Personal Data will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the context in which We collect it. We normally collect Personal Data where We have Your consent, where We need the information to perform a contract with You, or where processing is in Our legitimate interests and not overridden by Your rights. In some cases, We may have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data.
User Content and uploaded documents may include sensitive, confidential, proprietary, regulated, academic, business, legal, personal, or third-party information depending on what You choose to submit. Where required, We rely on Your consent or another lawful basis to process such data for the App functionality You request, including processing pasted text, uploaded documents, extracted text, rewrite instructions, and generated outputs, and sending User Content and related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider when You request AI-powered processing and provide any required in-app permission.
When We share Personal Data of individuals in the EEA, Switzerland, or UK with Google, OpenAI, or other third parties, We use legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer, including European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses, data processing terms, and additional safeguards where appropriate.
You may have rights to request access, correction, updates, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of Your Personal Data. If We process Personal Data with Your consent, You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Depending on how You use the Service, We may collect categories of personal information such as identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, commercial information, inferences or generated outputs, and User Content such as pasted text, uploaded PDF files, uploaded DOCX files, uploaded TXT files, extracted document text, prompts, rewrite instructions, selected rewrite modes, selected tone preferences, rewritten outputs, export-ready content, exported PDF files, exported DOCX files, exported TXT files, rewrite history, saved documents, filenames, document titles, support communications, and other information submitted by You. Some information, including account credentials, payment-related confirmation data, document picker or file access information, User Content, uploaded documents, extracted text, prompts/instructions, technical request information, and generated outputs, may be considered sensitive personal information depending on applicable law and context.
We use such information to provide the Service, send User Content and related request data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or another AI service provider with any required in-app permission for AI-powered processing, generate App results, create exported files, maintain history, improve and secure the Service, process purchases through third-party payment processors, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6.2.2 Disclosure to Service Providers
We may disclose Personal Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other service providers for the business purposes described in this Policy. Google, OpenAI, and other service providers process Personal Data on Our behalf and are required to provide the same or equal protection for Personal Data as required by this Policy and applicable law.
6.2.3 Your Rights and Choices
California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and receive information about collection, use, disclosure, sharing, or sale of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
WhatsGoodApps does not sell Your personal information, as defined under the CCPA. If in the future We sell or share Your personal information in a manner that requires an opt-out right, We will provide notice and a method to exercise that right.
We use sensitive personal information, if collected, for purposes reasonably necessary to provide the Service, generate requested App results, maintain App functionality, protect security, comply with law, prevent misuse, and otherwise as permitted by applicable law.
6.2.4 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise access, data portability, deletion, correction, or applicable opt-out rights, You may submit a verifiable consumer request by email to support@whatsgoodapps.com.
A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify Your identity or authority to make the request and describe Your request with enough detail for Us to understand, evaluate, and respond. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority.
We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within the time required by applicable law. If We require more time, We will inform You in writing of the extension period and reason. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless permitted by applicable law.
