Terms of Service

For the purposes of this document, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to WhatsGoodApps, LLC. We operate the Manifest Love mobile app (the “App”), as well as other related products and services. Collectively, the App and all related products and services are referred to as the “Services”.
These Terms apply to all individuals using the Services. Regardless of whether the Services are accessed through a computer, mobile device, or any other technological medium or method, all such parties are collectively referred to as “you”, “User”, or “Users” as contextually appropriate. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and us. Before using the Services or submitting any Personal Information to the App, please review these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
“Content” refers to any and all information and materials that users submit, provide, upload, generate, view, save, download, share, or otherwise make available through the Services, including but not limited to questionnaire answers, prompts, descriptions, preferences, text, images, sketches, audio, voice messages, generated readings, generated outputs, feedback, and other materials. Content includes both content that users submit and content that users prompt the Services to generate.
Consent
By accessing, utilizing, or visiting the Services, including any content, functionalities, and services offered, you are indicating your acceptance and agreement to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy. Using the App constitutes your consent to these Terms. If you do not consent, do not use the Services.
Age Requirement
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which the Services are accessed or in which the user resides, whichever is greater. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not access or use the Services.
You agree that you will not permit any person who does not meet the age requirement to access or use the Services through your device, account, or purchase. Misrepresentation of your age violates these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Additionally, the information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Therefore, any individuals who voluntarily access the Services from any jurisdiction do so of their own accord, and they bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws to the extent they are relevant.
AI Nature of the Services
The Services use artificial intelligence and related technologies to create entertainment-oriented outputs, including AI-generated soulmate-inspired sketches, AI-generated or synthetic voice messages, and daily cosmic guidance readings. These outputs are generated by software systems and may be influenced by your questionnaire answers, prompts, preferences, selected options, technical settings, moderation systems, and other factors.
The Services are intended for entertainment, inspiration, self-reflection, and manifestation-themed fun. AI-generated outputs are fictional, creative, and not the product of a human psychic, spiritual advisor, matchmaker, dating expert, therapist, counselor, or other professional advisor.
Manifestation and Entertainment Disclaimer
Manifest Love is designed around the theme of manifesting love and visualizing the romantic energy you wish to attract. The Services do not provide psychic, spiritual, supernatural, fortune-telling, astrological, religious, therapeutic, matchmaking, or predictive services. Any references to manifestation, cosmic guidance, soulmate energy, future love, destiny, romantic signs, or similar concepts are provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection.
We do not guarantee that you will meet, attract, recognize, date, marry, communicate with, or form any relationship with any person resembling a generated sketch, voice, description, reading, or other output. We do not guarantee love, romantic compatibility, dating success, relationship outcomes, personal transformation, or any real-world result.
No Dating, Matchmaking, or Relationship Guarantee
The Services are not a dating app, matchmaking service, background-check service, compatibility test, relationship verification service, or means of meeting or contacting real people. The Services do not identify, locate, verify, introduce, match, or connect you with any real person or potential romantic partner.
Any soulmate sketch, voice message, daily reading, description, or other output generated by the Services is fictional and should not be treated as a real person, real communication, actual compatibility assessment, promise, guarantee, or prediction of your future romantic life.
No Professional or Mental Health Advice
The Services are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to mental health, psychological, medical, legal, financial, spiritual, dating, or relationship counseling. You agree that you will not rely on the Services for emotional support, crisis support, decision-making, or real-life guidance. If you are experiencing distress, relationship difficulties, mental health concerns, or require assistance, you should seek help from a qualified professional.
You should not make important personal, romantic, financial, legal, health, safety, or life decisions based on any sketch, reading, voice message, prompt response, interpretation, or other output generated by the Services.
AI Output Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that sketches, images, voice messages, readings, text, interpretations, descriptions, and other outputs generated by the Services are produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, incomplete, inconsistent, distorted, unexpected, or different from what you requested or anticipated. AI-generated sketches and images may contain visual artifacts, variations in appearance, differences in style, or other imperfections. AI-generated audio or voice messages may contain pronunciation issues, voice inconsistencies, tonal variations, pacing issues, technical artifacts, or other imperfections.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, quality, consistency, realism, suitability, originality, appropriateness, availability, or usefulness of any content generated by the Services. All use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.
AI Soulmate Sketches
The Services may allow you to answer questions or provide prompts, preferences, or other inputs so that artificial intelligence can generate a soulmate-inspired sketch, portrait, image, or related output. Soulmate sketches are fictional, AI-generated or AI-assisted artistic outputs created for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not depict, reveal, predict, identify, locate, or guarantee your actual future soulmate or romantic partner.
A soulmate sketch may be influenced by your answers, selected options, prompts, system design, available AI models, image-generation settings, moderation rules, and other technical or creative factors. Similar answers may produce different outputs, and different users may receive similar-looking outputs. We do not guarantee that any sketch will match your expectations, preferences, attractiveness standards, style preferences, or subjective idea of a soulmate.
Any resemblance between an AI-generated sketch and any actual person, living or dead, including any celebrity, public figure, private individual, ex-partner, crush, acquaintance, or future person you may meet, is unintended and coincidental. You may not use the Services to request, create, or attempt to create a sketch intended to resemble, identify, impersonate, or recreate any real person without appropriate authorization.
AI-Generated Soulmate Voice Messages
The Services may allow you to request or receive AI-generated voice messages presented as being from a fictional or imagined future soulmate. Voice messages are generated by artificial intelligence using synthetic or AI-generated voice technology. They are not live communications, recordings, voicemails, phone calls, or messages from a real person.
AI-generated soulmate voice messages are fictional, simulated, and provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not constitute genuine affection, companionship, emotional support, consent, commitment, advice, or real-world interaction. You agree not to rely on any voice message for emotional support, mental health support, real-life decision-making, relationship guidance, or any other serious purpose.
Synthetic voices may vary between generations and may include differences in tone, accent, pacing, volume, pronunciation, emotion, background artifacts, clarity, or overall quality. We do not guarantee that any voice will remain consistent, sound natural, match your requested wording or tone, or satisfy your subjective expectations. Any resemblance between an AI-generated voice and any real person or identifiable voice is unintended and coincidental.
Daily Cosmic Guidance Readings
The Services may offer daily cosmic guidance readings, daily love readings, manifestation prompts, inspirational messages, or similar daily content. Daily readings are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and are provided solely for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection. They are not professional advice, predictions, guarantees, spiritual services, psychic services, astrological services, or instructions for action.
Daily readings may be personalized or influenced by your inputs, prior activity, app settings, technical systems, AI models, moderation rules, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, helpfulness, uniqueness, timing, availability, continuity, or personal relevance of any daily reading.
Daily Reading Subscription Usage, No Accumulation, and No Rollover
If you subscribe to receive daily cosmic guidance readings or similar daily content, your subscription provides access only to the daily reading currently made available through the App during the applicable day or access period, subject to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase and these Terms.
Daily readings do not accumulate, bank, carry over, or roll over. If you do not open the App, access the Services, or view a daily reading on a particular day or during a particular access period, you will not receive extra readings, replacement readings, make-up readings, credits, refunds, extensions, or additional benefits for missed days, except where required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.
If you do not visit the App for several days and later return, only the current day’s available reading may be accessible. Prior missed readings may no longer be available and are not guaranteed to be stored, delivered, restored, or recreated. Daily reading timing may depend on time zone, device settings, server settings, subscription status, technical availability, and other factors.
Questionnaire Responses, Prompts, and User Inputs
You are solely responsible for the questionnaire answers, prompts, descriptions, preferences, requests, uploads, and other Content you submit to the Services. You should not submit sensitive personal information, private information about third parties, confidential information, or any content that you do not have the right to submit.
Your responses and inputs may influence generated sketches, voice messages, readings, or other outputs, but we do not guarantee any specific result. You agree not to submit prompts, requests, or other Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or the rights, privacy, dignity, or safety of any person.
Platform Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines of any platform through which the Services are distributed, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Any use of the Services in violation of such platform rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Paid Digital Items, Delivery, and Refunds
Soulmate sketches, generated images, voice messages, daily readings, subscriptions, credits, retries, downloads, saves, shares, and other paid features made available through the Services are digital items or digital services. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be resold, and are provided only for personal, non-commercial use within the Services unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for one digital item entitles you only to that specific requested generation, voice message, reading, digital feature, credit, or subscription benefit and does not entitle you to unlimited generations, future generations, free replacements, refunds, credits, or additional items. Prices, availability, features, categories, styles, voice options, reading types, generation limits, and delivery methods may change at any time.
Delivery times, generation times, reading availability, message lengths, and output formats are estimates only. The Services may be delayed, unavailable, interrupted, or unable to generate or deliver a requested item due to moderation, technical issues, third-party service limitations, payment issues, connectivity issues, platform restrictions, or other reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, failed generations, corrupted outputs, temporary unavailability, or loss of access to generated items.
All purchases are subject to the payment, refund, and cancellation rules of the platform or payment provider through which the purchase is made, including the Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable. Except where required by applicable law or applicable platform rules, purchases of digital items are final and non-refundable once requested, delivered, generated, consumed, accessed, or otherwise made available.
Generation Availability, Moderation, and Refusal Rights
AI generation features may depend on automated systems, moderation tools, third-party providers, device functionality, network availability, platform rules, payment status, and other factors outside of our control. We do not guarantee that any requested sketch, image, voice message, reading, prompt response, questionnaire result, or other output will be generated, delivered, stored, or remain available. Requests may fail, be delayed, time out, be filtered, be rejected, be regenerated, be substituted, or produce an unintended output.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, block, filter, modify, remove, regenerate, or decline any prompt, request, output, generated sketch, image, voice message, reading, or other content that we believe may violate these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, third-party provider policies, safety standards, or our business or operational requirements. We may also suspend or terminate access to generation features or the Services if we believe a User is attempting to bypass moderation, generate prohibited content, abuse the Services, or create risk for us, other users, third-party providers, or any platform.
If a requested generation fails, is refused, or is blocked, we may, but are not required to, provide a retry, replacement, credit, or other remedy. Any remedy we provide is discretionary except where required by applicable law or applicable platform rules. We are not required to provide any remedy for requests that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
No Real Person Impersonation or Deepfake Use
You may not use the Services to request, create, upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to generate any content that imitates, impersonates, recreates, identifies, or is intended to resemble any real person, celebrity, public figure, private individual, ex-partner, crush, acquaintance, identifiable likeness, recognizable voice, or real-world identity without appropriate authorization. This prohibition applies to text, sketches, images, voices, audio messages, readings, prompts, descriptions, uploads, and all other content or outputs.
You may not use the Services to create deceptive deepfakes, misleading synthetic media, non-consensual synthetic images or audio, false endorsements, fake statements, catfishing materials, stalking materials, or any content intended to make others believe that a real person said, did, appeared in, approved, loved, communicated, or endorsed something they did not. Any resemblance between AI-generated sketches, images, voices, readings, or outputs and real persons is unintended and coincidental.
Third-Party AI Providers and Technology
Some features of the Services may rely on third-party artificial intelligence models, image generation systems, voice systems, text generation systems, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, moderation tools, app stores, or other external services. The availability, quality, speed, functionality, and cost of certain features may depend on those third-party systems.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, restrictions, content filters, model changes, policy changes, pricing changes, data processing limitations, output variations, failed generations, or other issues caused by or related to third-party providers. We may change, replace, add, remove, or limit third-party providers, AI models, generation systems, voices, sketch styles, reading categories, or related technology at any time.
Pricing, Feature Changes, and Generation Limits
We may change pricing, purchase options, subscriptions, credits, generation categories, sketch styles, reading types, available voices, usage limits, delivery methods, output formats, and other features of the Services at any time. We may also discontinue, replace, restrict, or modify any feature, category, model, voice, image style, reading type, generation option, or output format at any time without liability to you.
We may impose, modify, or remove limits on the number of sketches, voice messages, readings, prompts, generations, retries, downloads, saves, shares, or other uses permitted through the Services. We may also limit unusually high usage, automated usage, abusive usage, or usage that creates technical, legal, business, safety, moderation, or platform-compliance concerns.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Some features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or recurring billing plans, including subscriptions that provide access to daily cosmic guidance readings or other recurring content. If you purchase a subscription, the subscription will automatically renew at the price and billing period disclosed at the time of purchase unless you cancel before the end of the then-current billing period, subject to the rules of the platform or payment provider through which the purchase was made.
Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, renewals, and free trials are handled by the applicable platform or payment provider, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, where applicable. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase screen, renewal terms, trial terms, billing period, renewal price, included features, usage limits, and cancellation instructions before completing a purchase. Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the applicable platform or payment provider if you do not want the subscription to renew.
If a free trial, discounted introductory offer, or promotional offer is provided, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed price unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends. We do not control platform billing systems and cannot guarantee refunds, cancellations, or billing adjustments except as required by applicable law or applicable platform rules.
Subscription benefits are provided only while your subscription is active and in good standing. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, is not renewed, is refunded, is charged back, or is otherwise no longer active, you may lose access to subscription features, including daily readings and any other subscription-only content or functionality.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including any paid subscriptions or paid features, if you violate these Terms or create potential liability for us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds will be issued in connection with such terminations.
Data and Processing Flexibility
While certain features of the Services may store data locally on your device, you acknowledge and agree that we may process, transmit, store, or analyze interactions, questionnaire answers, prompts, generated outputs, usage data, and related metadata to operate, maintain, moderate, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Local Storage, App Deletion, and Loss of Data
Certain features of the Services may store data locally on your device, including but not limited to questionnaire answers, preferences, generated sketches, generated images, AI-generated voice messages, daily readings, saved outputs, locally saved media, history, and other content or data associated with your use of the App. You acknowledge and agree that if you delete the App, reset your device, lose access to your device, clear app data, switch devices, or otherwise remove or lose the locally stored data associated with the App, some or all of your data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
This may include data or content associated with paid features or paid digital items, including previously generated sketches, images, voice messages, readings, saved outputs, and other content generated through the Services. Reinstalling the App or restoring your device may not restore such data or content. We are not responsible for backing up, restoring, replacing, refunding, or recreating any data, content, generated media, paid digital item, subscription benefit, or purchase-related content that is lost due to App deletion, device loss, device reset, data clearing, storage failure, user action, software error, or any other cause.
You are solely responsible for preserving, exporting, saving, or backing up any content or generated media that you wish to keep, to the extent the App provides functionality to do so. We do not guarantee that any sketch, image, voice message, reading, history item, daily content, or other output will remain available indefinitely.
Responsible Use
You are solely responsible for your use of the Services. Excessive or prolonged use may impact your well-being. You agree to use the Services in a balanced and responsible manner and not to rely on the Services as a substitute for real-world relationships, professional help, or meaningful personal decision-making.
License
Subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, we hereby grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Please note that we retain the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, interruptions, or terminations of the Services or any part thereof. Furthermore, you acknowledge that we have no obligation to provide you with support or assistance related to the Services. Except for any content uploaded by you, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services and its content, are owned by us. These Terms and your access to the Services do not grant you any rights, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights except for the limited license expressly granted herein. We expressly reserve all rights that are not explicitly granted to you under these Terms.
Generated Sketches, Voice Messages, Readings, and Output License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may save and share generated sketches, generated images, AI-generated voice messages, daily readings, and other outputs from the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, to the extent the App provides functionality to do so and unless we expressly state otherwise.
You do not acquire ownership of the App, Services, AI models, prompts, templates, systems, software, code, designs, interfaces, brand elements, sketch styles, voice systems, reading systems, or other technology used to generate outputs. We and our licensors retain all rights in and to the Services and related intellectual property.
You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute for commercial purposes, use in advertising, use to train or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence systems, use to create competing services, or otherwise commercially exploit any generated sketch, image, voice message, reading, or other output from the Services unless we expressly provide written permission otherwise.
Uploaded Content and User Submissions
You hold exclusive responsibility for your Content. Any risks associated with the use of your Content are borne solely by you. By submitting Content, you affirm that it complies with these Terms. You may not falsely represent or imply that your Content is provided, sponsored, or endorsed by us. It is important to note that as the sole owner or submitter of your Content, you may be exposed to potential liability. We are under no obligation to back up any Content you submit, and we retain the right to delete your Content at any time without prior notice. If you wish to have a backup of your Content, it is your sole responsibility to create and maintain your own copies.
By uploading Content, submitting questionnaire answers, entering prompts, or submitting a review, you represent and warrant that you are the creator of the file or other content you are submitting, or that you possess sufficient intellectual property rights and permissions to submit the material in accordance with these Terms. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, process, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, moderate, maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If the App provides public posting, sharing, community, review, or similar features, any Content you choose to make public may be viewable by others. You are solely responsible for any Content you make public, and we reserve the right to remove public Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or our policies.
Prohibited Content
You are required to refrain from submitting, requesting, generating, uploading, sharing, saving, or distributing any Content through the Services that falls under the category of Prohibited Content. Prohibited Content encompasses any Content that:
Is illegal or advocates, depicts, or promotes illegal activity of any nature
Promotes, constitutes, or engages in any form of human trafficking
Depicts sexualized minors, including any depiction or description, whether through drawn, generated, written, audio, or other content, involving individuals under the age of 18, or under the age of consent in the jurisdiction from which it is being created, whichever is greater
Includes gore, bestiality, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, exploitative content, or sexually explicit content where prohibited by platform rules or applicable law
Solicits, shares, or attempts to obtain private information about an individual, including doxing, stalking, harassment, or targeting information
Solicits or shares user login credentials
Violates the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights of third parties
Engages in intimidation, bullying, harassment, threats, or incites others to engage in similar behavior
Contains inflammatory or hate speech, including content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment, demeaning stereotypes, or physical harm toward any individual or group
Illustrates, promotes, incites, advocates, or supports terrorism or individuals involved in violent extremism
Showcases, encourages, or depicts acts of self-harm or suicide
Constitutes spam, deceptive content, misinformation, fraud, catfishing, false endorsement, or impersonation
Promotes actions that may be considered criminal, result in civil penalties, violate any law, or are generally inappropriate
Circumvents or conveys information on bypassing moderation controls, payment controls, usage limits, security features, or any other protective measures
Requests, creates, or attempts to create sketches, images, voices, audio messages, readings, descriptions, or other content that impersonates, imitates, recreates, identifies, or is intended to resemble any real person, celebrity, public figure, private individual, ex-partner, crush, acquaintance, or identifiable voice without authorization
Creates or attempts to create deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual synthetic media, misleading impersonations, or content intended to make others believe that a real person said, did, appeared in, loved, communicated, approved, or endorsed something they did not
Uses generated sketches, voice messages, readings, or outputs to stalk, harass, deceive, manipulate, shame, exploit, threaten, or target any person
Includes self-promotion, promotion of other tools or services, repetitive irrelevant messages, automated requests, or inappropriate messages, or
Otherwise violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, third-party provider policies, or our reasonable safety, moderation, or business requirements.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any Content that:
Infringes upon any rights of third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights
Is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, tortious, harmful, invasive of privacy, defamatory, false, trade libelous, intentionally misleading, pornographic involving minors, patently offensive, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group
Causes harm to minors in any manner, or
Is in violation of any law, regulation, restrictions, obligations imposed by any third party, or applicable platform rules.
You also agree not to:
Upload, transmit, or distribute any software via the Services with the intention of damaging or altering computer systems or data
Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of duplicative or unsolicited messages through the Services
Utilize the Services to harvest, collect, gather, or compile information or data about other users or third parties without their consent
Disrupt, interfere with, or impose an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, or violate the regulations, policies, or procedures of such networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, whether by means of password mining or any other method
Harass or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Services by other users, or
Employ software, automated agents, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or other automated methods to generate automated searches, requests, prompts, generations, purchases, downloads, or queries to the Services.
Please note that we retain the right to review any Content and to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you at our sole discretion if you violate any provision of these Terms or create liability for us or any other person. Such actions may include modifying or removing your Content, restricting your access to the Services, terminating your account or subscription access, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
Feedback
In the event that you furnish us with any feedback or suggestions concerning the Services, you hereby transfer and assign to us all rights, titles, and interests in and to such feedback, and further consent to our unrestricted right to employ and exploit such feedback and associated information in any manner we deem fit. We shall consider any feedback you furnish to us as being devoid of confidentiality and proprietary claims.
Indemnification
You hereby undertake to indemnify and hold us, our officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless, including the reimbursement of costs and attorney’s fees, against any claim or demand asserted by a third party arising from or relating to:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or
Your Content.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are obligated to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of such claims. You further agree not to settle any matter without our prior written consent. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly upon becoming aware of any such claim, action, or proceeding.
Disputes With Other Users
Each user bears sole responsibility for their own Content. In the event of a dispute between you and any other user, we are not obligated to intervene. By accepting these Terms, you hereby release, discharge, waive, and relinquish, both now and in perpetuity, us and our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from all past, present, and future disputes, claims, controversies, demands, rights, obligations, liabilities, actions, and causes of action, of any kind or nature, directly or indirectly arising from or relating to the Services. If you are a California resident, you hereby waive California civil code section 1542 in connection with the foregoing, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

Commercial Use
By engaging in the act of downloading, saving, copying, exporting, sharing, or otherwise using a generated sketch, image, voice message, reading, or other user-generated or AI-generated content from the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you do not assert any ownership rights over the Services, underlying technology, or other intellectual property owned by us or our licensors. You may utilize generated outputs solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we expressly provide written permission otherwise.
Generated sketches, images, audio messages, voice messages, readings, and other AI-generated media are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, unless we expressly provide written permission otherwise. You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute for commercial purposes, use in advertising, use to train or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence systems, use to create competing services, or otherwise commercially exploit any generated media or app-based content from the Services.
If you export, download, save, copy, share, post, transmit, or otherwise make generated sketches, images, voice messages, readings, or other outputs available outside the Services, you are solely responsible for that use and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party rights, and these Terms. We are not responsible for any third-party use, misuse, copying, reposting, editing, distribution, or other handling of content after you export, share, download, or otherwise make it available outside the App.
With the exception of the provisions outlined in this section or elsewhere within our Legal Terms, no part of the Services or any Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, unless expressly authorized by our prior written consent. Should you wish to make use of the Services, Content, or our trademarks in a manner not explicitly outlined in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, kindly direct your request to support@whatsgoodapps.com. Disclaimers
Generated sketches, images, voice messages, readings, and other AI-generated outputs may be delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, corrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, lower quality than expected, or different from what you requested or anticipated. Synthetic voices may include pronunciation issues, emotional mismatches, pacing issues, or other technical imperfections. Any stated or estimated message length, delivery time, generation time, reading timing, output quality, or feature availability is not guaranteed.
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We want to make it clear that your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the Services and your use thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the Services, nor can we assume any liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content and materials. We make no guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or will be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe. Additionally, we will not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the Services. We do not warrant the security of our servers or the confidentiality of any personal or financial information stored therein. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of such servers or the information stored within them. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted transmission to or from the Services, and we will not be liable for any interruption or cessation of such transmission. We also disclaim any responsibility for any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar harmful elements that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party.
We do not endorse or guarantee any product or service advertised or offered by third parties through the Services, including any websites or mobile applications linked to or featured through the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the lesser of the amount you paid to us for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

If any part of this arbitration agreement or class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, that part may be severed, and the remainder will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, by updating the date at the top of these Terms, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, rules, or policies incorporated by reference or presented in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Services.
