These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TV Show List mobile application (“App”) provided by WhatsGoodApps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TV Show List helps users track television shows, view episode schedules, receive notifications about upcoming episodes, and manage personal watch lists.

The App provides informational content only and does not stream, host, distribute, or provide access to television programming.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. No User Accounts

TV Show List does not require users to create accounts, register, or sign in.

The App operates without user profiles or account registration.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App and may change from time to time.

5. Billing and Renewals

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.

All billing, payment processing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

WhatsGoodApps LLC does not collect or store payment information.

6. Television Information

TV Show List may display television schedules, episode information, release dates, and related metadata obtained from third-party data providers.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any television schedule or episode information.

Television networks, streaming services, and content providers may change schedules without notice.

7. Push Notifications

The App may send notifications regarding:

  • Upcoming episodes
  • Season premieres
  • Episode release dates
  • Schedule updates

You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not guarantee delivery of notifications.

8. Intellectual Property

TV Show List is an independent television tracking application.

TV Show List is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any television network, streaming service, production company, content creator, or copyright owner.

All television show names, series titles, logos, trademarks, artwork, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

TV Show List does not stream, host, distribute, reproduce, or provide access to copyrighted television content.

The App only displays publicly available scheduling information, episode metadata, and related television information obtained from third-party data providers.

All rights in the App itself, including its design, software, functionality, and branding, are owned by WhatsGoodApps LLC.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSGOODAPPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHATSGOODAPPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or related subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the App at any time without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on a website operated by WhatsGoodApps LLC.

Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
