1. Introduction

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to WhatsGoodApps LLC (“WhatsGoodApps,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), developer of the Manifest Love app (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”).

As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that relates to, describes, or could be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly.

Definitions: Throughout this Policy, “You” or “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. “Company” refers to WhatsGoodApps LLC. “Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Applicability: This Policy applies to Personal Data that WhatsGoodApps collects, uses, and discloses in connection with Manifest Love, including: (i) data collected through the Services; (ii) answers to questions, prompts, manifestation-themed inputs, love preferences, style selections, tone selections, reading preferences, and other inputs You voluntarily submit; (iii) AI-generated soulmate sketches, soulmate-inspired portraits, generated image variations, saved results, downloads, shares, and related generated outputs; (iv) soulmate voice message requests, voice message prompts, selected voice or tone options, generated audio, playback-related information, and related metadata; (v) daily cosmic guidance readings, reading access history, reading category selections where offered, subscription status, entitlement information, and date or usage information used to provide the current day’s reading; (vi) data collected through improving, testing, evaluating, and enhancing the App, including through anonymized and/or aggregated data as described in this Policy; (vii) data collected from customer support communications; and (viii) data collected from third-party sources where applicable.

When You make purchases, We use third-party payment processors or app store providers to collect credit card or other financial information. WhatsGoodApps does not store the credit card or payment information You provide, only confirmation that payment was made and information necessary to validate purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, usage allowances, one-time purchases, and access to paid features.

Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational requirements, Our practices, and other factors. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. If any changes are unacceptable to You, You should cease using the Services. When required under applicable law, We will notify You of changes to this Privacy Policy.

2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

2.1 Types of Data Collected

2.1.1 Personal Data

While interacting with the Services, You may provide certain personally identifiable information that could be used to contact or identify You, including:

Account information, if accounts are offered or required

2.1.2 Questionnaire Answers, Prompts, Preferences, and User Inputs

The Service may allow You to answer questions, provide prompts, select preferences, choose style or tone options, provide manifestation-themed inputs, select love or relationship-related preferences, request a soulmate sketch, request a soulmate voice message, request or view daily cosmic guidance, or submit other information through the App. These materials are referred to in this Policy as “User Inputs.”

User Inputs may include information about Your personality, interests, relationship preferences, romantic hopes, manifestation goals, desired emotional tone, reading preferences, sketch style preferences, voice message preferences, and other information You choose to provide. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, medical, financial, government identification, intimate, or third-party personal information unless necessary, legally permitted, and intended by You for processing through the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that You have the rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to submit any User Inputs or other content through the App, including any information relating to another person where required by law.

2.1.3 AI Soulmate Sketches and Generated Images

The Service may generate outputs based on Your User Inputs, selected settings, and other App activity, including AI-generated soulmate sketches, soulmate-inspired portraits, generated image variations, saved results, shared results, downloads, generation history, and other generated visual outputs. These generated results may be stored to provide Your history, allow You to view prior creations, troubleshoot issues, validate paid feature access, enforce policies, and enhance the Service.

Generated sketches and images may include synthetic, fictional, stylized, AI-created, or AI-modified visual elements. Generated sketches are not intended to identify, predict, verify, locate, or depict any actual future romantic partner or any specific real person. Any resemblance between a generated sketch or image and any actual person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental. You are responsible for how You describe, publish, share, or otherwise use generated outputs.

2.1.4 AI Soulmate Voice Messages and Generated Audio

The Service may allow You to request AI-generated voice messages inspired by a fictional future soulmate concept. We may collect and process voice message requests, message prompts, selected voice or tone options, generated audio, playback information, generation history, error information, and related metadata as necessary to provide those features.

The App is not intended to identify speakers, authenticate identity, verify identity, match voices against databases, perform surveillance, imitate any real person, recreate any specific person’s voice, or create voiceprints for identification purposes. Generated voice messages use synthetic or AI-generated audio and are not recordings, messages, or communications from a real person.

2.1.5 Daily Cosmic Guidance Readings

The Service may offer daily cosmic guidance readings, daily manifestation-themed readings, love-focused daily guidance, or similar daily reading features. We may collect and process information relating to reading access, subscription status, entitlement status, reading category selections if offered, date and time information, App activity events, notification preferences if offered, and related technical information as necessary to provide the current day’s reading and operate the Service.

Daily readings are intended for entertainment, inspiration, reflection, and manifestation-themed guidance. They are not professional, psychological, medical, legal, financial, spiritual, psychic, or relationship advice and should not be relied upon for major life decisions.

2.1.6 Non-Accumulation of Daily Readings

Daily readings do not accumulate. If You do not open or use the App for one or more days, missed readings will not be saved, banked, rolled over, accumulated, or made available later unless the App expressly states otherwise. When You return to the App, only the current day’s reading will be available, subject to subscription status, entitlement status, technical availability, and any applicable limits.

We may process date and time information, reading access events, subscription status, entitlement information, usage activity, and related technical information to provide the current daily reading and enforce the non-accumulation rule.

2.1.7 Purchases, Subscriptions, and Entitlements

The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, recurring plans, one-time purchases, premium features, soulmate sketch generations, soulmate voice messages, daily reading access, bonus features, promotional access, or other digital features. We may collect and process information relating to Your subscription status, purchase confirmation information, renewal status, cancellation status, entitlement status, usage allowances, generation history, failed generation status, refunds or restorations where applicable, and paid feature access.

We use this information to validate purchases and subscriptions, determine whether You have access to paid features, process access to soulmate sketches, voice messages, daily readings, and other paid features, troubleshoot failed generations, restore purchases where available, and provide customer support.

2.1.8 App Permissions

The Service may request access to certain device features, such as notifications, photo library access, local storage, or other permissions, only as needed to provide App functionality. For example, notifications may be used to remind You about daily readings if You enable them, and photo library access may be used to save or share generated sketches if such functionality is offered. You may be able to manage App permissions through Your device settings.

2.2 Use of Your Personal Data

We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, operate, and improve Our Service.
To manage Your account, if accounts are offered or required.
To perform contracts with You, including purchases, subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium features, or other transactions through the Service.
To contact You by email, telephone, SMS, push notification, or other equivalent communication regarding updates, security, functionality, purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, daily readings, or requested services.
To provide news, offers, or general information about goods or services similar to those You have purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted out.
To manage Your requests and respond to customer support inquiries.
For business transfers, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, restructurings, financing, or similar transactions.
To process questionnaire answers, prompts, preferences, selected settings, and other User Inputs to generate AI soulmate sketches, soulmate-inspired portraits, soulmate voice messages, daily cosmic guidance readings, and related outputs.
To provide style suggestions, tone suggestions, reading access, generated output history, saved results, and related App functionality where applicable.
To maintain Your history of previous creations or readings, where applicable.
To determine the current day’s reading, enforce daily reading access rules, and apply the non-accumulation rule for daily readings.
To validate purchases, subscriptions, one-time purchases, entitlements, and access to paid features.
To detect, prevent, or respond to abuse, fraud, prohibited content, safety risks, intellectual property concerns, policy violations, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Services.
To use automated and/or manual review tools to help enforce Our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, satisfy third-party provider requirements, and protect the safety and integrity of the Services.
To improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, image-generation systems, audio-generation systems, text-generation systems, prompt-processing systems, moderation systems, and Services using anonymized and/or aggregated data, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
To identify usage trends, evaluate promotions, improve the Service, and improve Your experience.
To protect the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the Services.
2.3 AI, Automated Processing, and Anonymized Data

The Service may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, image generation, audio generation, text generation, prompt processing, questionnaire processing, algorithms, safety tools, moderation tools, or other automated technologies to analyze User Inputs, process prompts, generate soulmate sketches, generate soulmate voice messages, generate daily cosmic guidance readings, and operate the Services.

We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including usage patterns, selected preferences, generated output characteristics, technical performance data, error data, purchase or subscription access patterns, prompt categories, moderation signals, and related App activity, to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms, models, image-generation systems, audio-generation systems, text-generation systems, prompt-processing systems, safety systems, and Services. Such anonymized or aggregated data is intended not to identify You personally.

We do not intentionally use identifiable Personal Data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without appropriate safeguards or as otherwise described in this Policy. If the App or a third-party AI provider processes prompts, questionnaire answers, generated sketches, generated audio, daily readings, or related outputs to provide the requested Service, such processing is performed to operate the App functionality You request and as described in this Policy.

2.4 No Identity Verification, Facial Recognition, Voice Identification, or Biometric Identification

Manifest Love is not intended to identify You or any other person, verify identity, authenticate account access, match faces against databases, match voices against databases, perform surveillance, track individuals, recreate a specific person’s voice, or perform biometric identification.

The App’s processing of User Inputs, generated sketches, generated voice messages, and related outputs is not intended to create, collect, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification, authentication, surveillance, tracking, security, or law enforcement purposes.

2.5 Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

With service providers, third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners: We may share Your Personal Data with these parties to provide services on Our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, analytics, customer support, payment processing, subscription management, AI, machine learning, image generation, audio generation, text generation, automated analysis, moderation, monitoring, and analyzing use of the Services.
With AI, image-generation, audio-generation, text-generation, and moderation providers: We may share prompts, questionnaire answers, selected preferences, soulmate sketch requests, generated sketches, voice message requests, generated audio, daily reading requests, generated readings, technical metadata, or related information with third-party AI, image-generation, audio-generation, text-generation, moderation, cloud, storage, hosting, or infrastructure providers as reasonably necessary to generate requested soulmate sketches, voice messages, daily readings, and related App functionality.
With analytics, attribution, advertising, crash reporting, and subscription management providers: We may use third-party tools or software development kits to help Us understand App usage, measure performance, attribute installs, process subscription status, validate purchases, diagnose crashes, monitor entitlement usage, and improve the Services. These providers may process device identifiers, usage events, purchase-related confirmation data, diagnostic information, and related technical information in accordance with their own privacy practices and Our instructions where applicable.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction.
With Your consent: We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent.
With law enforcement: We may disclose Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. To the extent We receive a law enforcement request for Your Personal Data, We will promptly notify You and provide a copy of the request unless legally prohibited.
For legal, safety, and security purposes: We may share information to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing, protect personal safety, enforce Our Terms of Service, prevent abuse or fraud, respond to intellectual property or safety concerns, or protect against legal liability.
2.6 User Responsibility for Submitted Information and Shared Outputs

You are responsible for the information, prompts, questionnaire answers, preferences, selected settings, and other User Inputs You submit through the Service. You should only submit content that You have the legal right and permission to provide. You should avoid submitting private information about another person without appropriate permission. You should not submit information or User Inputs that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, infringing, exploitative, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You are also responsible for how You save, export, publish, post, distribute, advertise with, commercialize, or otherwise share AI-generated soulmate sketches, soulmate voice messages, daily readings, and related outputs. You should not use generated outputs in a deceptive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, unauthorized, defamatory, exploitative, or impersonating manner, including by implying that synthetic or AI-generated content is a real communication, real recording, real prediction, real endorsement, real testimonial, or evidence of a real-world occurrence unless that is accurate and legally permitted.

2.7 Metadata, AI Content Indicators, and Technical Information

Generated images, audio files, readings, exports, or files may include technical metadata, app-generated metadata, creation information, output identifiers, generation status information, file information, or other non-visible information used to support file functionality, safety, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, rights management, analytics, AI-content identification, or Service operation.

The App may not display a visible watermark unless expressly shown or disclosed in the App. However, the absence of a visible watermark does not mean a file lacks technical metadata or other non-visible information. Some metadata may be added, removed, changed, or lost depending on device behavior, exports, sharing platforms, file conversions, compression, or third-party services.

2.8 Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

User Inputs, questionnaire answers, prompts, selected preferences, soulmate sketch requests, generated sketches, generated images, voice message requests, generated audio, daily reading access data, saved results, subscription status, purchase validation information, entitlement information, and related App activity may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history where applicable, validate purchases and entitlements, troubleshoot issues, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies.

Generated sketches, generated voice messages, daily readings, saved results, and creation history may be stored persistently for use within the App and history feature where available, but may be deleted or become unavailable if You delete the App, change devices, clear App data, lose device data, delete Your account if account functionality is offered, or if storage is otherwise removed or unavailable. Deletion may be subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, provider retention periods, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any prompts, generated sketches, generated audio, daily readings, saved results, generation history, reading history, purchase-related content, or other content.

Daily readings do not accumulate. Missed daily readings may not be generated, retained, stored, recoverable, or made available after the applicable day has passed unless the App expressly states otherwise.

Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, model evaluation, algorithm improvement, image-generation improvement, audio-generation improvement, text-generation improvement, prompt-processing improvement, safety improvement, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.

2.9 Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in other places where the parties involved in processing are located. This means information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside Your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place.

2.10 Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, We cannot guarantee absolute security.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with personal information through the Service, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected personal information from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information, and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent’s consent before We collect and use that information.

4. Links to Other Apps or Websites

Our Service may contain links to other apps or websites that are not operated by Us. If You click a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s app or website. We strongly advise You to review the privacy policy of every app and website You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party apps, websites, or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will strive to let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service before the change becomes effective and update the Last updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.

6. Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Certain Regions

6.1 Europe

If You are located in the European Economic Area (the EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (the UK), Our legal basis for collecting and using Personal Data will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the context in which We collect it. We normally collect Personal Data where We have Your consent, where We need the information to perform a contract with You, or where processing is in Our legitimate interests and not overridden by Your rights. In some cases, We may have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data.

Questionnaire answers, prompts, selected preferences, soulmate sketch requests, generated sketches, generated images, voice message requests, generated audio, daily readings, and generated outputs may contain personal data or sensitive personal data depending on the content, the jurisdiction, and applicable law. Where required, We rely on Your consent or another lawful basis to process such data for the App functionality You request.

When We share Personal Data of individuals in the EEA, Switzerland, or UK with third parties, We use legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer, including European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards where appropriate.

You may have rights to request access, correction, updates, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of Your Personal Data. If We process Personal Data with Your consent, You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. This section applies to California residents and individuals whose information has been collected in California. WhatsGoodApps has included this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and related regulations (collectively, CCPA).

6.2.1 Categories of Personal Information

Depending on how You use the Service, We may collect categories of personal information such as identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity information, commercial information, inferences or generated outputs, User Inputs such as questionnaire answers, prompts, selected preferences, love or relationship-related preferences, generated sketches, generated images, generated voice messages, generated audio, daily readings, usage history, subscription information, purchase validation information, entitlement status, reading access history, and saved result history. Some information, including account credentials, payment-related confirmation data, permission-based device access, prompts, questionnaire answers, generated sketches, generated audio, or generated outputs, may be considered sensitive personal information depending on applicable law and context.

We use such information to provide the Service, process User Inputs, generate requested soulmate sketches, generate requested soulmate voice messages, provide daily cosmic guidance readings, maintain history where applicable, validate purchases and subscriptions, track entitlements, improve and secure the Service, respond to requests, enforce policies, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

6.2.2 Your Rights and Choices

California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and receive information about collection, use, disclosure, sharing, or sale of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

WhatsGoodApps does not sell Your personal information, as defined under the CCPA. If in the future We sell or share Your personal information in a manner that requires an opt-out right, We will provide notice and a method to exercise that right.

We use sensitive personal information, if collected, for purposes reasonably necessary to provide the Service, generate requested soulmate sketches and voice messages, provide daily readings, maintain App functionality, validate purchases and entitlements, protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, and otherwise as permitted by applicable law.

6.2.3 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise access, data portability, deletion, correction, or applicable opt-out rights, You may submit a verifiable consumer request by email to support@whatsgoodapps.com.

A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify Your identity or authority to make the request and describe Your request with enough detail for Us to understand, evaluate, and respond. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority.

We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within the time required by applicable law. If We require more time, We will inform You in writing of the extension period and reason. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless permitted by applicable law.
